If you are after the Hollywood experience then the hotel offers that but not a lot from there. Lack of quality eateries around. We were on the 16th floor & a long way from the elevators but all day & all night you could hear the motor operating. You could hear upstairs guests moving around & guests talking next door, although muffled. Not a big concern but a hotel in this price range should not have that. Outside the hotel homeless people very noticeable. Although we weren’t threatened or felt unsafe it was sad to see.

Location from Hollywood perspective was a 10/10. Breakfast although expensive was excellent. Could not fault the food nor the service. 10/10. All staff were welcoming, super friendly, & only too happy to help. No complaints. Gym adequate, did not use the pool. Bed very comfortable & great pillows.

The location is very nice, near the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, etc. But far from Downtown LA.

Wood in bathroom needs refinishing. It’s very chipped and unattractive and unfortunately took away from the overall beauty of the accommodation.

One thing we think this hotel lacks is a facility where people who have late flights and have to check out early can come back and have a shower and change into clothes for their late flights (going to different climate). We had to check out a 11am in California heat, spend the day without luggage in storage at your hotel. We then spend the day walking around to kill time until out midnight flight. We then came back to the hotel at 5pm to collect out luggage and change into clothes to prepare for out flight and out arrival back home into cold winter temperatures. Other hotels we stayed in had a facility such as a Gym with shower and change facilities (Or departure lounge facility). Your hotel does not have this and I think it would not take much space, but with so many people taking light flights, I feel having this facility would improve your hotel. We loved everything elese !!!

Modern up-market property. Rooms were big. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Duvet was feather and down, really soft and “snuggable”. Pillows were feather and very comfortable. View of “Hollywood” sign a real bonus. Self-parking ($20) was very easy and is located adjacent to the hotel. Prime tourist location, minutes from Walk of Fame and Chinese Theatre. Staff were friendly, polite and super helpful. Overall excellent!

The bathroom lighting was too dark which made it difficult to check out make up (even though there is also a stand alone make-up mirror),

Room was large with a sitting area and the bed was very comfortable. The location was fabuous, right in the heart of Hollywood. The onsite restauraunt was a great place for meeting with friends and having appies and a drink.

We have stayed in Loews (Orlando) years ago and that’s why we chose here again. The location is very central, close to many highlights and have many dining options.

Loved the convenience of where it’s located, the heated pool is amazing, the beds/pillows were SO comfy, the staff is very friendly/helpful/engaging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and won’t think twice about booking somewhere else. We will be back!
