Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen I got here on Wednesday then they didn't have nothing right they have my stay for one tonight as I literally pay for four nights and I had to wait for so long to get upstairs I got here at 3:00 no I got here at like 2:45 I had to call booking and get them in on it it took them till all the way up to 6:00 to give me a room finally give me a room upstairs then here for 2 days Friday come around 9:00 in the morning I have some internet Spanish girl and Batman on my door like she's the police saying I need to vacate my room because I don't need paid for one day and I told her the system manager and agent from booking fixed it and she didn't want to hear nothing she wanted to kick me out of here.
I was finally left alone about my stay they find fixed it at the one day I went through some s*** and Friday morning I went through more crap

United StatesHorrifically dirty common areas and fairly unclean room inside ; had to get my own supplies and deep clean before being comfortable enough to relax. We stayed on the third floor , no working elevator which isn't that big of a deal for us but could definitely see it being an issue for future guests... all three stairwell landings' large trash cans were OVERflowing and left like that for a week or so before it was cleaned up. Staff leaves at 1130 pm they are not available 24 7 as they claim to be. Also this is a NO CASH FACILITY meaning CARD ONLY ig you show up late to check in and happen to only have cash you can basically get ****Ed and try your luck crashing in your car(if you're lucky enough to have one).
Not bothered much by housekeeping. Just went to them and asked for supplies/towels as needed which honestly I much prefer over being harassed by HK every single day (even sometimes multiple times/day... ) security measures have definitely improved since ownership changed. Feels significantly safer than it used to but still pretty sketchy; I'd say don't stay here if you don't have your "street smarts" about you, //stay away if you know you are lacking in common sense.

United StatesThis hotel has really been let go, poor maintenance overall. Looks like it hasn't been renovated in decades. The floor in the bathroom is uneven and sagging. No towels in the bathroom either. Everything is just old and in poor condition, basically what I'd expect from a slumlord. It appeared clean on the surface, but still felt icky. Stairwells are stained with food or other fluids, and just overall dirty and unkempt.
It had a bed, fridge, kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. It's located centrally in Denver, very close to a grocery store (King Soopers).
