A little more storage for clothes(drawers) would be good.

Charming receptionist when we checked in. She then called to make sure we had all we needed and immediately sent housekeeping with extra coat hangers and towels. Room size. Comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Good wi-fi.

Quirky and modern. No frills but functional rooms. Been a few times to New York and stayed in several locations, but this one is probably my favourite. Mid town close to penn station, Times Square (if that’s your thing), Hudson yards, Chelsea

The rooms are back of the hotel were very close to the next building making it feel enclosed, however not in the room very much so not a deal breaker. Also, a kettle is provided but no tea or coffee provisions.

The rooms aren't well noise proofed from the street & the ice machine made loads of noise. The fridge was so loud we had to switch it off at night The clothes dryer is silly, more wardrobe space would be better

No view from the room. Limited amenities. Not much place to store or hang clothes. Would be nice to have a second chair in the room since there is ample space for that.

That the restaurant closed before I could try it. My own fault I was out too late.

That crazy steamer was cool. The aesthetic was legit. T rex a novelty but cool to see. Lighting was bomb. Bidet was one of my favorite features as was the cool steamer closet thing. Used it to steam a suit for a wedding.

As it was very wet while we were there, we would have liked one of the drying cabinets for clothes, as shown in some of the photos, but we coped well.

Considering this was in a great spot in NYC, the room was an excellent size and adequate for our few days there - we had tea and coffee facilities, filtered water and ice on each floor, and the bathroom was very nicely appointed with an automated (if you wanted) wc, in the Japanese style (I am led to believe). The staff were excellent and someone was always available to assist, should we need - very approachable, helpful and pleasant - thank you to everyone at Henn Na NY.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Jennifer was very helpful when we arrived and when we checked out. Winston always greeted us with a smile when we came back every night. The people that cleaned our room did a Great job. It was always Clean and beds were made. We liked everything. Room was spacious and the Bathroom was Big. We stayed 8 days and 7 nights and cannot wait to stay again. We even arrived early and Jennifer held our luggage until our room was ready. I have told my family and friends about this Wonderful place. Sharing information with my co-workers as well. We loved the Dinosaur in the Lobby. My son named him Rexy and took pictures. Thank you so much. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The heating system in the room was very noisy ! Luckily, it was not cold or hot outside, so we could turn this heating system off. On the first night however, when we didn't know how much noise it made, so we were awoke.... It's a comment I have read before and I can only confirm it !

They only provide one white washcloth which was a little inconvenient for two guest. They also don’t provide hand soap in the bathroom which was also not ideal after using the restroom or spilling something. There was noise outside but I feel like it’s a given being in New York. However, it was not unbearable on the sixth floor.

The room was clean and the staff were polite. Whenever we needed anything they brought it promptly. Location was good. The bed was comfy and the room was shockingly spacious. Heating and air conditioning worked well.

I would have loved a coffee machine in the room or the lobby. The coffee place across the street was very good though.
