We stayed at the hotel as it's about a ten minute walk to the Amtrak station. The room clean and fairly large by Manhattan standards, and the bed was comfortable. It is connected to an Irish pub, where we had a very good dinner (which comes with a discount for those staying at the hotel).

Some of the appliances were not working properly. The detachable shower head couldn't be properly up on its stand due to the placement and the knob to flush the toilet took a lot of strength (I struggled to flush it and my thumb even felt sore by the end of our stay). Lastly, while we understand that this is New York, it sucked to have only the view of a brick wall (but it makes it easy to go to sleep at night when its pitch black).

We loved the location, it was in the heart of everything and right across the street from the subway entrance. In addition, the staff and incentive of one drink (per room) each day was a nice surprise!

Had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Ben at reception helped me check in late Friday night and was very helpful and attentive.

There was no view to outside - the window was not transparent. Also there was not enough light - one main bulb was out and was not replaced while we were there.

Room was very small, I had to pay an additional $100USD for down payment incase I broke anything which I didn’t but the front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all. I was told I would get it back in my account and up to this date, I have not.

Maintenance issues requiring attention: Bathroom door did not close, window shade did not work, lamp bulbs burned out and not replaced, serious damage to bathtub enamel needs repair/replacement, pipes coming out of wall need to be sealed to prevent infestation. MORE light in room required; very dim. Housekeeping should leave sufficient linens to make up sofa bed advertised as being available for use (we needed a room with 2 beds, rather than one queen and chose this set up only to find not enough linens to make up sofa bed). Room directly above lounge/restaurant band that played VERY LOUDLY and not very well until late making sleep an ellusive goal.

Great location in Times Square area. Easy to find. Pleasant Front Desk staff. Large room.

The room size was so small, I know is normal for New York, but that was my least favorite feature of the room.

Location, Location!!! Easy walking distance to metro, walking everywhere or to get a taxi. Right in the center of Broadway, close to all action.

Well for the price I paid per room, I could have added just a bit more and got myself a decent room with some facilities

Location is at the heart of Times Square... However, the rooms are extremely small, Very noisy from the from Zircon/heating systems, no amenities in the room, not even a kettle for coffee, nearly no water given and shower systems don't work well. if you need comfort, this is NOT the place, if you need functionality, you came to the right place
