I could hear my neighbor, he was Turkish and 2 am thought to talk in the phone, went to hall way and I could hear the whole conversation! On Sunday night I could hear cleaning crew from outside! So it is not soundproof

The breakfast items were not labelled and the staff did not speak English so was left guessing, particularly with the different types of cheeses as I can only eat goats cheese. On arrival we were informed we had been upgraded, however, I am unsure of the difference. There was a patch of black mould next to the accessory holder in shower, the sink base was coming away from the wall, the fan very noisy and the door to our room was difficult to open and did not close behind us. The duvets were also too small for the bed and not very warm for winter so we had to ask for another one which they brought to us straight away.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread had a good selection and a good view of the sea from the balcony terrace and back of the breakfast room. The location is perfect with the main tourist attractions within 5 to 8 min walking distance and transport links to other parts of the city less than a two minute walk behind the hotel. Overall it was good value for money.

Nothing really. With magnifying glass if I have to say some thing, then rooms could have been maintained well. Like our bathroom cup board was broken.

Tan hotel staff were amazing, always smiling and helpful every time. The location is very excellent and allot of restaurants around you just few meters, a supermarket is next the door and the Tram just 30 meters away. Breakfast was very delicious and the view was amazing, big thanks for all staff

The room had a little bit of smell probably came because the room itself only has a door to terrace and no window as such. Even the bathroom doesn't have it's own window.

The location of this hotel is amazing 😍 You reach to tourist spots by walk. Even the metro station is close by. Entire staff of this hotel is amazing. They try to make sure your needs are met. Zeynap from breakfast area was super loving and caring. Everyone working in the hotel is so caring ❤️ We had the room with private terrace. The terrace had a amazing view of ocean and blue mosque. Absolutely worth!

Central to main attractions , couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Great food options nearby. Exceptional breakfast and excellent staff. Many thanks to front desk manager, Mr Faruk for all the handy tips and guides about places to visit and explore in Turkey! He certainly made planning our trip easy. The sharp smell of the spray automatic spray they use caused us a bit of sinus issues but they immediately changed it and it was better.

Our stay was amazing. Faruk, Erdi and Alp were fantastic and made sure that we were comfortable the whole stay. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the tram. It’s like a little village with beautiful restaurants and hotels around. It is about a 10 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. It was like home away from home and I actually felt so sad leaving! Thank you to the wonderful team ❤️
