The coffee machins must be better. There must be a wi fi clock in the room . Tbere was a noisy voise in tbe room coming from the ac . The price is high

The hotel is amazing for relaxing and the location is perfect. The guest relations officer ms. Samia mohamed helped us a lot in our stay and told us about a lot of places to visit in sapanca and she was very kind with all guests . The place is clean and nice

The price is a little pit hig

First of all the amazing Samia mohamed she was so kind and she gave us the best service ever that we wished for our honey moon. We are lucky to meet people like her. Second, the location of the hotel is excellent and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this hotel to every couple.

The internet and air condition . The room accommodation price is slightly high for 5 stars hotel in capanca city which is small city

Rapid check in . Very comfortable hotel for Total relaxation . The breakfast was great . The light in room was so dim that help you for relaxation . The gymnasium was well equipped . The music played at night in main hole was great . Very good view on the lack . The lake is 3 minutes walked distance . Helpful staff ready to solve any problem . Very delicious room service food especially the pizza . . … great thanks to Mr Salih in conceriage he helped me too much . Great thanks to Mr Goksel in reception…. Thousands of thanks to Firuze Hidayetove and to Samoa Mohammed in guest relations for their help and making me feel as if I am at my home and they are ready to solve any problem . ……. A minor thing, people with smartphones in the Spa, i believe this should not be allowed ideally.

Everything, the atmosphere, the team, the restaurant, the room, the spa, all was perfect for our stay. Wanted to thank Mrs Samia and Mrs Firuze for their kindness and care during our stay . We love this place!

The only thing I did not like is the fact that I had to leave at the end of my stay :) , but certainly planning to come back very soon and enjoy this place again.

By all means I liked everything, location, view, facilities, hospitality, ..etc Its really hard to quantify the things I liked there. Its a place that you wont hesitate recommending to your friends and planning to come back. Apart from all the outstanding moments I had during the stay, the spacious green areas and the private 400m walk area is beyond expectation and very relaxing.
