the walls are thin and the neighbours were quite noisy. I could hear them till 3AM!! Would be great to add tulle - so you could enjoy the view but not be seen from the street (as the bed stands 0.5 m from the panoramic window). Also would be nice to be informed that the hot water is limited with a boiler.

We liked the apartment Newly renovated clean and the balcony view over the marina was fabulous The walk to town was easy Lots of travel agents in the same road to organise tours taxis etc We were on the 4 th floor but there is a small lift. The lift is slow but sufficed We were able to exit the 4 th floor through a door on that level and able to walk down that way A supermarket very close in the marina across the road a two minute walk Highly recommend

Staff is friendly but not very helpful with information. I had to take to go Dalaman airport from the hotel but staff has no idea about the airport bus. Luckily I did my own research for the airport bus from the bus terminal. They proposed me to take taxi which is very expensive.

It’s a furnished apartment so it has all the amenities that I need for a short stay. I can even do my laundry which is a bonus for my trip! It’s close to the food places and not far from the bus terminal. I had a very comfortable stay.

Facing Street; can be noisy. No lift, only stairs. Toilet a little cramp.

Spacious room with plenty of usable surface. Extremely value for money. Has Washing Machine. Has nice long kitchen worktop. Has 3 firm comfortable beds. Good lighting brightness. Good toilet Rain Shower with steady water supply / temperature. Has clothes drying rack. Basically has everything we need / want for the middle part of our family trip. Power sockets at correct places for charging devices.

Not much light in the bedrooms (one single room with no window) but AC worked well.

Fantastic view from the window and very comfy and relaxing apartment. We really enjoyed the location (far enough from the touristic city noise). Having a Carrefour very close by was handy. Close to the promenade and some affordable restaurants for a lovely evening surrounded by boats and strolling families.

Lack of sound proofing. Could hear next door running water, speaking and coughing. Also could hear their tv. No proper kitchen so difficult to heat food. 2 rings but no microwave or toaster. Kettle didn't work but was quickly replaced. Plenty nice cutlery and crockery. I was in top floor suite which sleeps 5 but would be bit of a squeeze I think I was alone and had plenty room.

Location was superb. Close to Fethiye centre. I was having extensive dental work so needed to be close to Marina.

I wish the elevator was a tiny bit faster and also that it went to the 5th floor. I wish there was a real coffee maker there, but I understand why there wasn't.

The location and the spaciousness was great. The staff were also so helpful every time. The beds were really comfy and the room was quite spacious.

This place was incredible. Looks exactly like the photos. Great shower and very clean with an amazing view. Walking distance to the main area of town (3-5mins) and directly opposite the blue star ferry terminal so it’s easy to catch the ferry to Greece. The staff were very kind and even gave us a room upgrade.
