Expensive airport transfer by the hotel

We needed a place to sleep as we had a layover in Istanbul on our flight home. There were no cups and glasses in the room to make coffee but still a great value for what we paid for. Breakfast was also included. Airport transfer quoted by hotel was expensive at 50 Euro so we took a taxi (300 TL or 8.5 Euro).

Neat and clean hotel near the airport. Staff is friendly, room is spacious enough. A nice receptionist was waiting for us to arrive (we arrived late at night)

Close to airport with H-6 bus from gate (bus) 2,3 to Hasan Tahsin Caddesi (about 14-15 stops, but the bus is fast, depending of day time, about 30-60 minutes). In the middle of the bus is a screen to see the route, stops. The price for one way is about 1.32 EUR. The hotel is nice and the employees are very kind. The price was with about 2 EUR more than Booking, because the exchange, but anyway is ok, total 34.15 EUR. The room is small but for one night at this price with breakfast is perfect. The pressure of water for shower is very good. It's true about towels, one big is missing, there are just two small one for using and one to jump on it from shower, but it's more than enough for resting few hours in Istanbul and to be ready for the next flight. Also, the sound isolation of the building was ok for me and I could sleep well. Next to the hotel (left side) is a Turkish fast-food very good. If you want a beer.. it's little bit difficult, but if you can walk in the same direction (left side) about 10-15 minutes (about 1km), you can find a small shop (opposite side of the hotel, but on the same street) to buy it with bank card.

Travelled with a friend and we booked the room with twin/double bed as it was showing 2 separate beds on the photos. Included request for 2 separate beds to the hotel as well. But still we were given 1 bed for us, not like advertised on the photos for this room type.

Very polite staff, breakfast is delicious and offers a good choice, the hotel is clean and nice in a good neighbourhood.

Booked this hotel for my parents. Everything was great. Special thanks to Ibrahim who helped them to fix suitcase. Also booked transfer with them. Everything was on time. Driver met my parents and helped them with suitcases. Gave on time updates. Will definitely book this hotel again next time.

This hotel was so lovely! Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, the room was beautiful and worth paying a little extra for the bath! Breakfast was nice and I loved there was someone there to make the coffee/tea. Shuttle service was worth it! Overall, great service, beautiful accommodation. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Everyone working in the hotel is very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was nice, modern and spacious. Excellent WiFi and flexible check in and check out times. The breakfast was amazing and the service outstanding. Special mention to Ibrahim for making our stay extra special!!!
