The Elevators, there are not enough for the amount of rooms and the ones they have are slow. Also no possibility of taking the stairs.

What a gorgeous hotel, it really gives off resort vibes, they created a little oasis right in the center of the city. You have your selection of cold swimming pools, really liked the rooftop pool. Perfect location, within walking distance to everything, so convenient. The See View room was absolutely gorgeous, you have a great view and 2 spacious balconies. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast has a lot of choices, everything you would need and more.

The gym was pretty small and it would have been great to have more equipment given all the people trying to use it in the mornings.

Great location with heaps of nearby restaurants and a short walk to the beach. A big, comfortable and modern room with a great view of the cliffs from our balcony. Cheap cocktails during long happy hours and plenty of shaded sunbeds around the pools. The breakfast was also phenomenal.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is one of the best in Krabi. This is my second visit to Krabi, and I've been stayed about 3 hotels of Krabi till now. I can say that compared to neighbour hotels Panan Krabi Resort is much better. The nice location, facilities and amenities, cleaness was good, staff well-educated and speaks English, restaurant and breakfast serving 👌 was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good, different cuisine mixture was well combined, so everyone can choose based on his preferences.

The main pool and the kids pool close at 7pm, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy later in the evening as it was so warm.

This hotel is fantastic, spacious, it didn't feel too busy. My toddler absolutely loved the kids swimming pool, this was so convenient for a parent. We loved the breakfast, the staff were so kind. The room was so confortable. It was nice to come back to this beautiful hotel after an excursion.

I was staying in 1302 and the noise from a bar down the street was very loud very late I had earplugs with me If I did not I would have slept very well!

The rooftop pool has a wonderful view over the rock nearby, and is a nice place to see the sunset! The resort has all the comfort that you would expect, breakfast was of a great variety and really delicious.

The pool bars are awesome and they do daily happy hour but, in the late afternoon, there are a lot of bees flying around the swim up bar. Obviously, they are attracted to all the sugar, fruit, juices, etc, but something needs to be done asap. The poor bar staff were stung multiple times during our stay, I felt so bad for them... and my husband is allergic to bees, so it ruined the swim up bar experience for him!
