Great central location near the beach. Staff always did their best to help out. There are some bars that can be heard at night but they stop at 12 so it did not disturb us much. Great value for money overall.

Excellent Value, in a busy 'bar street' in Cha Am. Clean ensuite room, with excellent AC. Snack for Breakfast coffee, biscuits. Reception helpful and friendly. Tip If you like sport, turn left out of the guest house, on the corner of this road is The Lounge, The Affiable Dave and his able assistants will look after you with cold beers and other refreshments, and some exciting LIVE SPORT. Cannot fault the accommodation on value for money and location.

It is located very near well popular the Cha-am Beach, just few meters away. Staff very friendly, including the manager who kindly dropped me to the buss station with her car without asking any compenstation.

All TV channels Thai but...it is Thailand so....

I needed a bed for the night to rest during a long trip. Room very bright, fresh, and clean Aircon working well so I slept really well in the BIG comfortable bed. Decent sized room and very close to the beach and I even got a couple of coffees in the morning. Seemed great value and location with just about everything you're likely to want next door, across the street or very close.

Liked it all.

The staff were expecting me and booked me in straight away. My room was on the 1st floor, double bed, en-suite toilet and shower, air-con, refrigerator, TV and strong free Wi-Fi. Walking distance a matter of minutes to the beach. 2 bicycles available for hotel guests use. There was a very nice lady manager at the hotel who made sure there was free coffee and breakfast snacks on the morning for the guests and she went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating to everyone even giving me a free ride to the railway station to continue my holiday. I would definitely stay here again.

When you book you get messages in Thai. Which they should realise westerners cannot read. Obvious by the name on the booking that we are not Thai. This causes confusion with your booking and in our case some misunderstandings.

Stayed here a few times and will book again when we next visit Cha Am. Staff were pleasant. Nice touch the free Coffee and sandwiches downstairs in the morning. Just 100 metres from the beach.

Great location. Right off the beach. 7/11 close by. Loads of food stalls and a couple of good restaurants near by. Recommended Didine, French restaurant and the Lounge at the top of the road for a proper full Englush. There was good WiFi and aircon in the room.

After 3h travel in raining, I arived. Bevor booked a room with 20m². But get only nearly 12m² ,maybe because I travel alone. This was, what the stuff tell some one on phone, to know what room I get. The room was so small, that you can not go out from the bed on even one side, only to the feet
