During on day stay it is hard to say a lot, but on weekend, breakfast could be longer available (at least till 11 am.). Parking entrance should be more automated, without necessity to call reception (which took a little bit time). Also, bathrobe (L-size) in my room was, well ... quite small ;-) I wasn't able to fit into it.

VIP paid parking was great. Big parking spot, lot of space, although to get i to reception, and to parking spot itself was a bit tricky. I think with some technical adjustments this could be easily resolved and made more travelers friendly. Very friendly helpful and well speaking English staff. Also, welcoming with a prosecco glass after journey was a really nice gesture. Great!

I searched in vain for any fault - maybe a small fault was that the sauna is missing a cooling pool - but that's really the only one

I have experienced a lot but this hotel is absolutely exceptional - cozy, clean, nice staff of young people,perfect breakfast,nice wellnes, spacious room and bathroom - all with great equipment. I would be a bad traveler if I didn't give this hotel the maximum rating!

We booked four rooms and they all had different bathroom accommodations. Mine was bathtub only with handheld shower fixture.

Everything was wonderful. Bonuses was the room is really large, you got an hour in the wellness center which was so needed after a long travel day, and the breakfast buffet was the biggest I have ever seen.

The breakfast was amazing; asian corner is a fun idea and freshly pressed juice with prosecco is the best way to start a day. Long blankets are also a great plus.

Just two little (!) things: There is a bathtub (instead of shower cabin), but the plughole did not close, so no bathing possibility. At the exterior wall of our room, the fan (of the kitchen probably) was attached. The tubing reaches to the roof, so there is no smell or so, but the fan occasionally starts and the vibrations is conducted by the wall. Very silent, but might be annoying during longer stays or for sensitive people. On the other hand, the wall was to the backyard, which may be more silent than a room to the roadside front.

Friendly staff, everything clean, very nice and large room. The central market is very close, the train station is also on walking distance. Fine breakfast (with an "asian" corner, which might refer to visiting staff of the Kia factory in town...?). We did not use wellness or restaurant offers, but they may have been fine, too.

Accommodating staff that helped us to dry our drenched motorcycle clothes by providing a space heater and clothes dryer. Excellent dining experience (quality of food, service and atmosphere). Very good breakfast and right next to the center of the city. This was our second stay at the hotel within a week and if we ever back in Zilina, we’ll definitely book again.
