The room was generally ok, but very, very small. I thought I booked larger room, but obvously did not. Good to know for the next time.

We liked the peace and quiet from the street, but the sound insulation from room to room should be better. We haerd EVERYTHING from adjecent rooms.

I was disappointed in the city, I expected more. A very beautiful but small city. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, for a trip with friends, I don’t recommend Ptuj.

The breakfast was amazing. Room is quite comfortable, but might feel a bit stuffy since it is small. The cleanliness was just fine. Good for 1-2 nights. I would expect a bit more from the room for this price, but it was good anyway.

The room had weird smell when we arrived, probably from the airconditioner. Breakfast was basic.

Good location, 5-10 min walk from centre. Staff was nice, private parking provided. We spent 1 night there for which it was ok.

Mold in the shower. The sheets had a couple of black stains. The matress was too soft to my taste. We were aware that there was no soundproofing, but the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything people are saying next door or how people slam the doors in the middle of the night. Considering all that, not entirely sure about the value for money.

The staff was very friendly, location is amazing (just about 10-15 minutes walking distance to the castle). There's a free private parking in the backyard, staff will kindly provide the instructions how to get there. Hotel also provided two free bottles of water in our room. Breakfast might not seem too diverse at first, but it was more than enough for us. The room was small, but it had enough of storage places.

There was some mold in the shower's walls, didn't bother us for two night's stay but looks nasty and can become an issue later. There were some construction work going on but they didn't start too early so it was not a problem. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the corridor which sometimes waked me up. These are small things, we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Staff was amazingly helpful and nice. They took our loundry and gave our clothes back washed and dry. Breakfast was pretty good and nice that you can go until 10am. Pretty good shower, much better than in most of the places. Bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect. Thanks for everything.

Parking place was terrible with rats. Bathroom extremely small, cannot sit on toilet normally but from side. No space between toilet and wall. Loud at night and tiny walls. Breakfast was outside hotel and low average.
