Liquid handsoap in the bathroom would have been nice. The smell from the water grid in the bathtub indicate it had not been in use for a while. The cleanets should have noticed the smell and just let the water rum for a while.

Vasastan is a lovely area to stroll around in. Close to airport buses and the tube.

The opening hours for the swimming pool for families was just 9-10, with an extra fee. The childminder was only around in the weekend.

Great facilities, the gym was very good size, with lots of equipment and space. Spa was great indeed, with the swimming pool good size for kids. Breakfast was epic. Liked the location, with nice restaurants around, while not in the centre.

No air con- unusually warm spring- 25 degrees! Noise from main road too loud to leave windows open. Towels could have been nicer. No drawers for clothes.

🦇 Some rooms do not have any windows. The air-conditioning is fine, but some might find it makes for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. 🌀 The hallways are structured like a maze with again no windows to the outside.

💸 Great price for a fairly central location. The university campus can be quickly reached by bus after a short walk. 🧼 Very clean and professional place. 🍳 Great breakfast buffet with very tasty bread. ✈️ Bus stop for both Flygbussarna and FlixBus shuttle buses to airport is very close to hotel. (Cheaper and faster than taking Arlanda Express!)

Bathtub is dangerously slippery and nothing to hold on. Gym opens too late. I’m a fitness pro and getting started 6 am at the latest is crucial.

First room allocated wasn't cleaned so I had to change it. Second room was near the works of renovation of the hotel so very noisy. I had to change the room again.

Enry point just oitside had a narrow box for wheel chairs or disabled persons. In my opinion the space oit to be put directly at entry.

The presence of staff was minimal and yet everything procedded well. There was plenty of room in between different tables and the"Food Islands" were well stocked both fresh products and processed foods. Generall, seen from customer platsform everything well organized and that could be seen on the staff who served. They were busy bit wth happy faces. Lastly, B/F was served from 6;30-10 and in my opion good timing for many who were in STockholm for business and meetings.

Even though there was 10/10 breakfast buffet, I don't understand how the coffee was that bad, (from the pictures on booking you can't get you get the room with bathtub or not, I was hoping I'd get one, but unfortunately got room with just a shower). Lighting was really bad (weird position of the chandelier) and most of the room was still dark.
