We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the gym was satisfactory and the pool was awesome!

Puerto RicoMy room smelled like humidity at first, after few minutes of turning the A/C on it was gone. I went for my wedding weekend, so my now husband and I booked two separate rooms. My husband’s room smelled like cigarettes.
Love the spacious rooms, they are amazing for the price. Love the service, we requested our rooms cleaned at certain time because it was our wedding day so that the photographers could have a nice and clean bed, and the staff was super diligent with this. We loved this. Would stay again for sure.

United States of AmericaI can only mention that I did not like that they did not allow me to bring breakfast to the room. My son is Autistic and in the mornings it was difficult for him to come down early and when we did it was when most of the guests came down and he didn't like that very much, so he preferred to stay in the room and have breakfast there, but that was not allowed . I never understood why they didn't allow it, if when you bought at the restaurant you could take food to your room. Also, I think that a microwave was needed in the breakfast area because some of us like our food very hot and by the time you serve it and can sit down to eat it is already cold. Otherwise I loved the hotel and its facilities.
I loved the treatment of the staff, the spaciousness and comfort of the room. Likewise, the pool is great and the common areas are very nice.
