The only thing was the beds were very soft, and kind of shaking while turning from one side to another. I wouldn’t prefer soft beds. But the location was amazing, so I didn’t care about the beds much.

Location is more than perfect. The rooms was clean. Check in and out were easy. I would stay again.

Guess, did not expect to be welcomed by hanging bicycles on entry to the main hall of the property. The staircase was a bit spooky...but that changed on the inside of the apartment. We arrived late night...in the morning realised they do bike rentals so it all made sense. Nothing major...

Great Location and very happy 1 night stay with a group of friends. We had 2 quadruple rooms. Our flight arrived late night, hence arrival after midnight. Staff called and clarified instructions left with the booking how to get to the property, all worked out as it should have. Definitely be coming back in the future.Value for what you get, backed by cleanliness and comfort can't be beaten, right next to the main square in Krakow, not to mention help with keeping luggage longer after our checkout time at no cost was also appreciated. Breakfast choice of 3 meals was sufficient and we enjoyed it too.

Vintage hotel that is just 1 min away from the main square. You cannot ask for a better location. All restaurants, stores, pharmacies and tours are right around the corner.

Very warm in the room even when the weather outside was cold. Could do with a fan. The pillows were odd shaped, more like a cushion. Could do with another pillow for each bed

The room, the bathroom and the building itself were beautiful. The bed was very comfy. The location was perfect for everything.

Having two single quilts instead of one double quilt wasn’t ideal.

Very well laid out with everything you need. Very clean. Extremely convenient just steps away from the Main Square. Very good shower and well thought out bathroom - lots of hooks.

We would have liked more body wash as we stayed three days.

It's an old traditional building with no lift with rickety stairs but we didn't mind but some might not like it if there room is up the top. Not for someone that can't do lots of stairs

Loved it so much we have booked to go back Christmas time. Location is fantastic, within less than a minute to the main square It was spacious, clean, loved the bed, softer than our own, but slept really well .

Not a traditional hotel. No reception area, or I should say an unconventional reception area. It is the bike rental shop which is also how you enter. The rooms are part of a 500+ year-old building. The rooms are modern and clean. The hallway to my room was narrow but well lit. The location is 50m. From the Old Town Square with shops, restaurants, and a bazaar. A true hidden gem

There is no safe for belongings like passports, phones, documents ect. Walls and doors are thin so you can hear absolutely everything for example people talking, people walking up the stairs etc. still very happy with our stay as we were inly disturbed one morning with noise.

The location was perfect so close to everything yet we were away from the main square so it was peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Overall very happy.
