Just a little shower gel would have been great. But that’s being very picky. Not a problem for us but there’s no lift and quite a few stairs.

The bedroom window was facing the cafe which was a little bit noisy in the morning. If windows were closed then this would not be an issue. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Very clean and tidy, in close proximity to the town square (walking distance), walking distance to trams and local shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host, very easy to check-in and check-out. Available paid parking on the street right outside the building. Safe neighbourhood.

Only thing I would look into was a shower head and water flow in the shower, water was flowing very very slowly and little amounts. Pressure could’ve been better and so does the shower head to make shower more pleasant.

Very comfortable bed with great amenities. Very lovely staff at the reception and communication trough online. Everything was perfect and liked the room and its little design. Really made us feel Welcomed and comfortable.

The room was modern and very spacious with all the facilities we need to be self sufficient. Only a matter of five minutes walk into the old town and local shops and a market for food were all within minutes of the apartment.

The TV only had channels in Polish. A microwave or toaster would have been useful, but it wasn't a big problem.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The ladies on reception were very helpful and we were lucky enough to check in a bit earlier than 2pm as out room was ready.

There are a couple of areas that could potentially be improved for future guests. The curtains in the bedroom allowed in quite a bit of sunlight in the early mornings, which might be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, the bathroom felt a bit on the small side and having some extra cleaning attention as well as adding soap, shower gel and shampoo could further enhance the experience.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! Piotr and his team were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage at the reception both before the check-in as well as after the check-out.

Shower was leaking and made the bathroom floor very wet and dangerous. There was not always someone on reception which was a challenge for us checking in and when we wanted to report the leaking shower.

The bathroom and shower was a little small, and we ran out of hot water after one person showered. Not a major in light of all of the other positives in this place.

Lounge apartments was a very comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Krakow. It is just a 2 minute walk and you are in the old town, but the apartment itself is located on a quiet street. Very large and comfortable bed, a little kitchenette and our apartment had a sofa plus two arm chairs. The communication with the host was excellent, we were landing late so were given clear instructions to access the building at the apartment. Overall, a brilliant stay.

Bathroom was very slippy when getting out of shower. Also shower had no anti slip matts or tiles so was also very slippy. Some of the electric sockets didnt work.

The room and staircase gave a sombre impression (far from what is suggested on the photo), e.g with dead pot plants dried out totally in windows. Kitchen could do with some extra items (we asked for them from the personnel from the breakfast room). 2nd floor (or 3rd) without lift might be a concern for some.

Excellent location in a quiet street, near to station too. Heating switched on automatically when it turned cold outside. Good size of the rooms, with reading lamps ... Helpful staff.

Fantastic location. Close to central train station. Tram stop at the end of the road. Walking distance to the old city. Very nice area. Big open apartment with plenty of space for 6 people. Great for family with kids. Well furnished. Very easy check in/out.

Unexpectedly, no breakfast was served and we had not been advised prior to our arrival (hence did not get organised for the following morning). Also, the outside wall (street side) would benefit from renovation... to match the perfect inside.

Great place, extremely comfortable and perfectly located. An open reception upon arrival was a plus, very helpful to provide guidelines to the immediately nearby historical centre. Perfect for large groups or families. The studio (1 large bed) was also very cosy.

The room was quite cold at night and the duvet was very thin, the pillows as well were tiny so wasn’t very comfortable. Also, there was no shampoos or shower gel or anything and we ran out of toilet roll on the second day and there was no one available at the desk or anything for more so we just had to buy some.

Great location. Corner shop 2 minutes walk away for anything you need. Couple minutes walk to the main square where there’s plenty of shops and places to eat
