How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It was uncomfortable to go by foot from bus to hotel, there are no separate road for pedestrians which is kinda unsafe. Though there wasn't much cars, so it was okay
Breakfast was good. On first day there was buffet, on second personnel brought personal plates with the samo food that was available yesterday in buffet

When we booked the pictures did show a small kitchnette but there was nothing as such. It is not a big no to choose the property again, but was expected.
The location in right between beautiful mountains. The breakfast service was amazing and had many options also veg. Spacious and rooms full of light. A beautiful stay.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with water temperature the last part of our stay and breakfast on Monday (where there were not too many guests compared to Sunday, the day before) was a bit reduced. But the staff was always very helpful, so that made it definitely all good.
We loved the sauna in the room, the view from the terrace and to have a separate bedroom was really nice and not so common.

The apartment had in total only 2 hangers (at the entrance) for clothing. It would be great to add more, especially for rainy/ snowy days.
Staff were nice, large and cozy rooms, great breakfast, great location, pet friendly 😊

very small breakfast room - we had to wait to be seated. Parking is in general good, but if you come later there can be problem to find a space (maybe the people from the buildings next to hotel use the parking too?)

Sadly the opener of the window of the sleeping room was missing (disassambled), so it wasnt possible to bring fresh air inside... during summer its not soooo god. The shower set was also loose.
Wonderful atmosphere, very nice rooms, very clean and a various and delicious breakfast!

Great hotel, in a quiet area a bit further away from the main shopping/restaurant street (which was still easy to reach, aprox. 15 min walking distance). The breakfast was exceptional, with many options to choose from. We enjoyed the room sauna very much, as well as the selection of board games offered at the reception. The staff were very friendly.

A bit far from the centre, also an additional set of towels for the sauna in the room would be great :)

The room was too hot (27C), and no option to change the temperature. Had to keep the patio door open to keep the temp down.
Everything was as expected. Very good breakfast.

All the below are minor issues and didn't ruin my overall great experience. -Everything in the hotel is only in Polish, even some email communication came in polish, while it was clear I am an English speaker. I mean... it's 2022, come on guys. -All the ladies at the reception that we interacted they were very helpful, but a bit "distant", maybe because of a lack of confidence in English speaking. -The breakfast area is set up from the previous evening, I would suggest the plates and the cups be stored upside down so they don't collect dust till the next morning. -The garbage area at the parking place needs a kiosk to hide the mess, this will comply with the overall great look of the hotel. -I would prefer the parking at the hotel premises to be free of charge for the residents of the hotel. -I would appreciate even a tiny kids' corner.
The hotel is great overall. I have zero main complaints, and I am a grumpy person. :-D The hotel is new, it smells... new. Everything is spotless and tidy. The building is as aesthetically pleasing as all the interior, with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously made with great taste. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is ample. The breakfast buffet selection while not huge has everything you need. (it is a good thing that it is not huge) All the floors are covered by a thick carpet that was very nice to walk on.

Small lobby, restaurant and bar. Wellness and SPA around 15 minutes away walking distance from the hotel.
Very well designed rooms. Breakfast was good.

Rooms where not completely finished. Heating was not working correctly. Fridge was never used or plugged in. No warm water whole morning. No water cooker, not enough parking spaces.
