The reception is on the 1st floor with no elevator and the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator as well - take care if you have heavy luggage.

Perfect location in the city centre, everything you need in the room - big towels, kettle, cups, glasses, tea&coffee, iron and small ironing board. There is hair dryer, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The staff is extremely helpful - I had issue with lights because I put on kettle and iron at the same time and Martina came to my room, even though it was late in the evening, to solve the issue.

location was excellent, right off the main square with lots of good restaurants and bar downstairs. Room was large, super clean, had a coffee machine, really good shower (that played music?!). There's a club downstairs (didn't look too interesting) but you can't hear it at all in the hostel!

i asked to check out a little later so I could wait for my train comfrotably, but the receptionist told me it wasn't possible (no clear reason, obviously it doesn't take 4 hours to change sheets in a small room). this was the only disappointment with the hostel.

a nice room in a good location. quite a loud area, but that wasn't a problem for me. the staff was really helpful and let me leave my luggage as well as check in early. good shower.

The only problem was that there was only one key for the room, and it was locking from the outside so if you forget your key inside the room you need to ask the receptionist to open it for you. other than that everything was great !

At night you can hear a music sounds (very low bass), probably coming from a club or bar nearby. The walls are quite thin as well, which meant I heard noises from next door trying to plug something into the plug points.

Clean, comfortable, professional staff. Very close to the market square. Has amenities like towels, kettle, coffee cups. I had a study table in my double room too which was very convenient. Shared toilet was really clean. You can store your items after checking out, but it was a shared space which had no locks-so store at your own risk.

It was hard to find the check in as there was no signage. We went off a hunch. There was also 'danger' tape across the entrance which made it confusing.

Location was incredible. Room was cosy and warm enough but couldn't figure out how to change the heating controls. Everything as expected. I would stay here again.

Perhaps it was an individual error for failing to properly research the hostel's location, however we were unaware that it was located above a nightclub, nowhere on their website is it signposted and it is not easy to tell from a map. Therefore, it was very noisy, especially being on the first floor, in room 2, the mattresses were also uncomfortable and cheap, meaning that neither of us slept well for the duration of the stay. Perhaps the hostel should provide earplugs.

The room was clean, with adequate facilities. Tea/coffee making facilities were an unexpected bonus. Hairdryer and soaps were a nice touch. Location is very central which is helpful for collection points for excursions, and exploring all sides of the town. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were polite during interactions.

The location is very good as it is near the Rynek Główny (main square of Krakow). The room was very nice and cosy and provided all the necessities. The bed was also very comfortable. In general, the quality of the room was very good and the price was also very nice! At the reception they gave us a small map with directions to the room which was located in a different building which gave some treasure hunting vibes! Overall, I recommend this place!

Great location, all you need have inside, comfortable pillows, I was glad with coffee-maker and fridge inside. We did not feel any noise. Easy accessible to Cracow Glówni station. I will be definitely return here.

It was a bit difficult to find the actual building because reception and the rooms are in a different building. Also during the night it gets very loud but that’s just what you expect from the old town.

Great location. You can leave your backpack at the reception before or after checking in/out.

The room/ bathroom had a weird really strong bad smell like from the drain kind or something gone off, when you would walk in, the toilet seat was broken and the beds weren’t too comfy and no mini fridge in the room for our food. But apart from that it was worth what we paid for.
