I was a bit afraid that bed would fall apart and it produced sounds all the time. But no problem with that.

Communications perfect. Collecting keys in place was as expected. The place was neat, tidy and had all equipment I expected. Location in city center was fitting my requirements. There was excellent Indian restaurant nearby, small grocery shops Žabka and shopping mall across two streets.

We somehow got the impression that this is a small apartment with dining and kitchen space in one space and that there is one separate room. Actually, everything is situated in one space. This was not a problem for one night stay and is great for a couple, but since we travelled with an adolescent, we wanted at least one separate room. Maybe I somehow misunderstood the description (but I also had a filter included). However, the place is perfect for a couple or a single person. We also had a nice time there, because we stayed only one night.

The location is quite near the Main Square, and very near the Racławice Panorama Pavilion. You can park car in the garage for 40 zl, and it is not easy to find a place that offers a garage additionally. The bathroom and kitchenette are nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the personnel working at the reception is extremely nice and friendly. The price was more than OK and the apartment is modern, warm and well equipped. You can get the hair dryer at the reception desk that is operating 0-24.

I found the bed to be too hard and the pictures we saw when booking were of a different room.

The hotel was super central to everywhere we needed to be and it was clean and cute on the inside.

- luggage storage in a different building on a different street - apartment received not corresponding to photos on Booking - visible dirt: i had to clean the bedside table myself cus it had sticky stains on it - small damages all around the place that were not fixed - uncomfortable bed - poor insulation - clearly heard laughs and conversations from other rooms during the night

Ripped towels WiFi not the strongest Absence of toiletries

We spent here not even the whole night so I can't say much. The good thing is definitely 24 hour checkin desk, there was a receptionist who gave us keys, did a tad bit of explanation. I see why negative reviews, it is a bit shanby, like there was a hole in the wall lol and stained, ripped towels. We used the shower, it was good, meaning there was hot water. No toiletries are provided please keep in mind, we had our own so no problem. There was a kitchenette though we did not use it, cannot say much, it looked working). Overall, we needed to get at least 3 hour sleep before the flight, okay for transit. But if you re searching for a good place to stay during holiday/vacay, I would keep looking. No offence.

No bathroom tissue. No shower curtain for tub to help maintain the water. Flat/uncomfortable pillows.

Great location—just a minutes walk to the city center. And an easy 20 min walk to the train station. Friendly staff and clean room.

The lights in the hallway on level 4 kicked in only for a few seconds - not enough time to get to your door and find the key hole! I had to go back to where the motion sensor was so that I could make it back in time to open the door! Energy saving taken to another level? The lift stopped at different floors irrespective of people going in the same direction or not?

Great location and serenity of the place. Helpful staff. Good overall cleanliness and security. Great value for money with reasonable comforts.

One teaspoon worth of sugar supply in a metal can. Few weathered tea bags loosely put in another container. Third container empty? I rebooked same room twice more, and the same thing happened each time minus the sugar that I had used up. No cereal bowls in crockery supplied. On last occasion the electric kettle was missing and the one supplied on request wasn't working. This was only corrected the next day.

Perfect location - close to Town Square, Shopping Gallery and Christmas Markets. The room was nice and cozy with warm temperatures throughout. Very quiet despite close proximity to a major thoroughfare. I re-booked twice, and reception staff were kind enough to keep my luggage on site.
