The parking area is really narrow and costs around 50$ per night which is a bit overpriced The safety box did not work

Service on first night in the restaurant wasn’t good. Waitress missed one of the main dishes so a long wait. Had had to wait awhile before we eventually were served.

The shower needs a mat or something to give you more traction in the shower. It was very slick when the water was running. The shower had lukewarm water, it needs to be hotter.

Above, not so lucky with room this time, without heating and blowing cold regardless of my attempts to adjust air-condition.

Location almost perfect, hard for taxis to drive you "home". All "public spaces" in hotel of very high 5* standard. This time I was not so happy about room, view to "middle", no heating, and no possibility to turn off air-condition, blowing cold all the time. Breakfast was perfect.

The room sound isolation is not quite good. We can hear the neighbors doors and some voices in the corridors.

The quality is as we expected and the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is perfect especially if you want to walk around in the city center. The bed is very comfortable. Also the breakfast is very good

The only issue was we both found the hotel too warm, borderline hot. I believe the heating system was antiquated and difficult to control in weather changes. Luckily we could open our bedroom window though the noise of empty bottles being collected was rather early! My partner enjoyed the Spa treatments but it was not a true reflection of the hotel and is a separate operation. There was a disconnect and the set up of the Spa not great. On arrival would be good to be told of your upcoming treatments as jet lag can play with timings. The above is I hope constructive feedback.

The staff were great. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 places for dinner they recommended were thoroughly enjoyed. Location good for exploring and the overall ambience of the hotel was enjoyed. Will return.

Room very small for the price we paid. Very small bathroom with very unsafe bath shower combo. Breakfast was nice but nothing outstanding. Staff was not as friendly as other places we stayed. Room was extremely warm!

That you have to pay to use the swimming pool and sauna/ steam room, in the description of the hotel there are pictures of the pool, so you assume they are part of the cost of staying there. It should be Clearly stated that the pool is not in the cost of the hotel and pictures removed from the hotel previews as it is a separate company that runs the spa.

Rooms are small with no wardrobe / drawer space. Ok for a short stay but irritating for longer.

The standard rooms are absolutely fine, but considering the spectacular location and entrance, they are a little bit of a let down. I stayed at a smaller place nearby a few days before, (also a little cheaper) and I much preferred the other place.

Beautiful hotel, but the best part is walking into the gorgeous lobby. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly, Location is ideal.
