Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeping woke me up early at 9 am for check out which should be before 12. I was annoyed. Also coffee and tea facilities could be better

I joined their loyalty program, and they gave me a voucher for a free drink. And when I walked to the bar to get that drink, the barmen face was like "another freebie lover" Also, there is a big construction going on right next to the hotel and they start at 6 am or something
Wonderful hotel in green area next to University. Metro is a short walk from the hotel. Excellent mattress and great wifi. Very good food in restaurant. I had a dinner there almost every day

Not much to write about here. I guess if you wanted to be central then this wouldn’t be your choice of stay. The snacks are inflated price wise. But not substantially.
A 10 minute walk to the metro. 10 minute journey into central. The dinner in the restaurant was outstanding!! Friendly staff. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Lots of parking.

2 shampoos under the shower instead of body wash. No hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Our rooms was close to the elevator and we listened that noise 24 hrs.
The stuff in reception (name was Oguz I guess) was so helpful, he remembers your room number and your requests when he sees you.

The room was a bit small for a family, but definitely enough for a couple
My stay was satisfactory, located just a few minutes' drive from the city center. While parking was available, it costs 5 euros on weekends for a night stay.

Staff were not very helpful. We learnt on arrival that our booking through the 3rd party website was cancelled for no obvious reason although the money was taken from the account. So we tried to book the room through the reception for which they said there was availability. So we tried through booking.com and it was still showing the same hotel and allowed me to book. Going back to the same staff in the reception after booking, she said that she will get the room ready. Why was she not willing to help us in the first place.

lack of attention to details. all coffee capsules in room were decaf. i have asked for a comb fire two days and while they claim this is part of their amenities they could not find any

Room is adequately sized, though the furniture is a little worn. Public transport - the closest metro is at least a 10 min walk. There is a bus stop that is closer - but that adds an extra connection. Secondly, if you want to visit the city centre be aware that there are not many options with public transport after midnight and that there is a cost. Taxis cost between 20-40 Euros to get from city centre to here - depending on time of day and traffic situation. So unless you have business in this part of the city - best to find a hotel closer to the city to save the travel hassle.
Reasonable hotel for a location if you want to visit the University / Rotterdam Business School and the surrounding business park area. OK business hotel with actually a nice rich breakfast that gave good variety (cross-cultural options even). Pancakes comes from an automatic pancake machine. I like fresh pancakes but not these machined ones! So other than that part the breakfast is really good and if you can get it with the hotel rate - its a deal - though I am not sure I would splurge close to 20 Euros on it.

Easy going for checking in and out. Car park is convenient nearby also with good public transportation connection. Baby cot is prepared and free of use . Kids get a small gift they love it. Gym is not big but more than enough for me to use.
