The apartment is on the 21st floor, you can still hear noise from the street a lot. Another downside was the hidden 8% fee (which is quite substantial) for additional services such as cleaning. I don't see a reason to not include it in the total amount.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and very spacious with a lovely view. The rooftop pool was a plus, and it was never too crowded. The location was nice, with easy access to old Georgetown, roughly 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Checking in with long winding process frm guard house to mailbox key collection. Though all instructions are given clearly via WhatsApp. The cleaning fee was charged, but we still have to throw our own trash upon checking out.

The condo unit is all as photo shown. All clean comes with kitchen utensils and cutleries. Microwave, electric stove, and washing machine also available. Infinity rooftop swimming pool with awesome view.

The check-in was a bit confusing. The location is okay, but not the best.

Unusually luxurious and high quality interior, perfect for longer stays. Comfy bed. The pool area is also nice, wonderful gym. The view over the city is quite astonishing. Highly recommended.

The rooftop pool could be maintained better - lots of debris and the water was slightly murky. Nothing much could be done for the temperature though as it was raining when we came.

The apartment is perfect for families with small children. Comfortable, clean with great amenities. Despite being in the middle of the city, the place was remarkably quiet. Parking included for 2 cars. The rooftop infinity pool and playground was superb. We were able to enjoy the scenic view of Penang Island from the top. Walking distance to some great eating spots and a short drive away to other touristy areas eg. Gurney Drive. Shout out to the excellent host who was very welcoming and gave good recommendations for us to try out!

Garbage room. Need to go down all the way just to throw rubbish. Building should have garbage chute on each floor. But thats not the owners fault. Lifts are small too and not enough to accommodate large numbers of people especially during peak hours.

Location is reachable about 10-15 minutes to anywhere. High floor. Clean. Quiet. Wifi and Netflix (accesible with your own account). Confortable enough for family of 7 with small kids. Full security.

The swimming pool user(certain race) are not follow the rules by not wear swim suit, and I am pity to the security guard who are trying hard to explain and stop those user but being ignore by them.

The property was a bit pretentious and difficult to use if you wanted to eat in the flat. They set up a beautiful area, but then have a whole list of prices should anything break or be damaged. It was very uncomfortable, pulling out the plastic plates and picking up plastic spoons at the supermarket so you didn’t make a mistake with any of their decorative flatware. 

The infinity pool on the 29th floor was absolutely incredible! Do you not miss the opportunity to take a dip in the pool here?

No water bottle to fill up boiled water. Shampoo and bath gel are of weird colours- we dare not use. Our balcony was facing cemetery!

Good to have 2 bathrooms since there were 5 of us.

Too crowded and no aircon at lobby area. No lights along corridors when reaching the floor, too dark for safety.

Do not understand why security need to scan my passport as all the QR code were in place. And he was quite impatient and impolite (like telling us it’s so bothersome to him when we asked questions)
