How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

all the apartments are -1 floor but the nice reception was able to change and give me normal room

A bit noisy, because of the room naighbors.
Hi, the location is excellent - I took a train from Riga To Vilnius, and I walked from the bus station,. It is very close to the center, the heart of the city. You can easily walk there in 10 minutes, cafes are all around, shopping spots, so I was very lucky to choose this apart-hotel. Very quiet and tiny. Very safe, that is important.

Lack of at least instant coffee for the morning.. kettle is there, but nothing to pour it on.. 😓

The day before our arrival, we were told that we had to pay 15 euros per day for parking, no reason given then. On arrival, the reason was the start of the High season. Advertisement in booking.com could be clearer on this. Also, there were construction noises in the area from 8am in the morning, it woke us up.
The hotel is well located and has a limited spaces parking. Room was spacious and comfortable. It had microwave, sink and fridge. Check in was fast. Easy walking to the centre and other attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Since they were building or repairing the facades of some buildings, I had a hard time getting to the Lobby, more indications are missing outside the apartments.

No instructions to the entrance. It's different now due to the construction work going on. Had to call to find it.

Room was in the basement which was a bit odd, but pretty light so no issues :)
Great location, however now with the construction happening it was hard to locate it. Apart from that it was great location, for one night stay it was perfect :)

Stunning apartment with enough space for a very comfortable stay of four people! We have only stayed for one night, but I am sure it would be a great choice for a longer stay.

The only downsides is that the room was a bit cold to sleep in and I booked originally through booking.com with my Genius discount but was charged the full price at the property.
Very kind, professional and courteous staff at the desk, customer service is top. Nice, clean and spacious room, I had a comfortable rest.

Furniture isn’t new.
Apartment is located perfectly in city centre. Apartment has comfortable parking. Room is clean. The staff is friendly there.

The only problem was the height of the shower head - I’m only 5ft 2 and the shower head pointed so high that it missed my head. Not a problem if you’re not vertically challenged though!
A lovely place to stay in the centre of Vilnius. As a single female traveller I was a little nervous but the staff here were brilliant. One of the receptionists (male) even escorted me back to my room when I felt slightly uncomfortable about a gentleman sitting at the front of the hotel. The room was spacious with a good size TV and a big fridge for storing snacks and drinks. The bed was huge and there was ample space for clothes and shoes. As far as value for money goes this was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Furniture a bit dated. There is construction outside (applicable for 2024 probably). What you get depends on the room, so recommend really checking the type of room one is going to book. Used to be excellent value, now I do think one can find other properties in similar price range or a bit more (Marriott/ Hilton). Noise insulation - one can really hear the reception (talking)
The location is amazing. The rooms for the price are very good value, especially if you need to stay a bit longer. There is free parkting, which is a huge bonus
