Pillows and bed not as comfortable. Very hard. We are not in the main building so about 100m from the reception area. No parking so had to park in the public car park near by.

Quite spacious, clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice lobby and check in was smooth, check out is easy.

You have to walk about 15 minutes from hakata station

We have 2 adults and one child and we stay at new building .The room is very comfortable big room size and big bed size you can cook in your room .You can get free water at the lobby,my daughter really like this hotel.Next time if we come to fukuoka this is the first hotel that we will choose

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are also fluent in English. Great facilities in the room that made us feel comfortable, such as free use of washing machines and detergent, space and utensils for cooking, lots of toiletries. Spacious beds and convenient location . Able to leave our luggage there when I went to Nagasaki.

It's slightly cramp for us but I guess this is typical Japan setup.

Prefect setting for family of 5. Equipped with full kitchenette which is very useful. Close proximity to hakata station (10 - 15 mins) walking distance. Easy to locate with Google map

a little bit far from Hakata station and convenient store but it is okay as per price and able to walk.

The big room, big beds, fully furnished kitchen and the laundry detergent is provided. The staffs are very friendly and kind. The restaurant at front of hotel is very tasty and the restaurant's staffs are very helpful because my daughters are allergy to many food but, a little bit high price, it is acceptable.

Room is spacious, comfy beds with warm blankets. We booked a room with 3 double beds, but still feel comfortable for 3 adults. Toilet and bathroom are clean. Friendly and professional staff! I’d like to rate 5/5 stars of the service. One important thing to mention is they kept my luggage for a week when I was roaming around Osaka. I really appreciate your generosity.

After a long day, it's tiring walking back from Hakata station. 😅

1 bedroom unit is very comfortable. Big size as for japanese standard. Feel like home at Hakata with living room, kitchen and washing machine. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visiting Fukuoka again. 👍

Though it was a straight road down from Hakata Station, it was quite a long walk, esp with luggage.

Friendly, helpful and responsive staff who spoke fluent English. They also helped return something we had misplaced/left behind in the room (we contacted them about this after checkout and it was returned to us when we returned to collect our stored luggage). Modern, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained accomdation. We had chosen this hotel as it offered apartment style rooms yet was a manned hotel. Room was compact but had everything we needed, and everything worked well in the room. Value for money.

The service is the best I've ever had!! Staffs helped everything you need, very kind and friendly and everything about connection is very smooth, they also contact and prepare everything for you all the time!! English capable speaking make things easier too. Room is comfortable, clean, having everything you need for vacation and no need to bring any of your own stuffs. From free shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton bud, coffee, tea, water, more towels... Security system is reliable and easy to use. Checkin-checkout is easy. The hotel is only 8 mins walking from Hakata station, which is very convenient for going everywhere via train or bus. Calling taxi in front of hotel is easy too since there has space for short period car parking in front of hotel. Next to the hotel has Yakiniku Hanabi, the nice Yakiniku restaurant with great beef... I do suggest to try it... might be the best beef I can find in Kyushu!! Cross the street from the hotel, it has fried chicken shop and croissant shop... both are very nice and good for the price. 10 mins walking from hotel has supermarket Sunny and pharma shop Drug Eleven, which has almost everything you need for living. Overall, this place is exceed my expectation!! And even I have no place else to visit in Kyushu, I still want to go back there to take nights at Dream Inn again!!

Quite a distance to walk from JR station.

Spacious for triple sharing, no problem to open 2 luggage at the same time. Very helpful front desk staffs. Helped with arranging forward my luggage. Room facilities was clean. The washing machine came in useful for us. Thanks.
