It bothered me that check-in was strictly 3 P.M., even with beds already ready. This led to 15+ people just waiting in the lobby. Would not hurt to budge the check-in time a tiny bit, even like an hour/half hour. Additionally, it was very hard to quickly charge my phone as the capsule only had a usb port, which is kind of inconvenient. As these two things are very minor things, I cannot do anything else than give a 10.

The hostel was really clean, both the capsules and the showers. You have a lot of space for important luggage & space to store the rest. The location is amazing, close to a very active area and many metro stops (Namba). The service was great: every day new towels or cleaning of capsule (on request).

No real complaints. Shower could be cleaned more thoroughly. Lounge is small but I did not use it, but it seems many people do want to use it. And, Not the hotel’s fault, but some guests were talking a little in the capsule areas, which is a plain lack of manners considering it is past midnight and that area is a silent zone.

Good modern capsules, very amiable and young front staff who seemed to be good coworkers, close to the madness of dotonbori, quiet enough (the place and most of the guests)

The place was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Their social area is small but I was still able to meet cool people from all over. The location is quiet yet still busy which was perfect for a solo traveler to explore.

The bathrooms are across the sleeping room which can be very inconvenient and people made noise very late, blue light in capsule unless you turn off the whole capsule including ventilation

There’s nothing that I could possibly mention here! It was all awesome.

One of the best locations to stay in Osaka. Very well organised facility with a lot of thoughtful touches at all points in the stay. Very clean as well.

The heat in the capsules themselves wasn't very pleasant, so stronger AC or fans within the capsules would be a big improvement. I also felt the common rooms were a bit lackluster, they didn't feel incredibly comfortable, making them feel more homely would be really nice. The bed was also not the most comfortable, but that's expected of a capsule hotel. The whole place didn't feel comfortable enough to take an hour or two to recharge.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of central Osaka and not even a minute's walk away from Dotonbori River. The staff were also excellent, with great English capabilities, but after learning I was a resident in Japan, they offered to speak in Japanese during check-in instead, which as someone who is still learning the language I greatly appreciated being offered instead of continuing in English, it makes us foreign residents feel good to use the abilities we have. Bathroom facilities were also pretty dam decent too!

Very convenient and near to Namba station. Facilities were clean and sufficiently equipped. Generally very quiet except for occasional walking around of guests. Separate luggage storage and locker area was great for packing of items. Daily essentials like towels, eye masks, and toothbrush were provided. Luggage storage available before check in and after check out

The other guest kinda smelled, obnoxiously loud or rude, the sleep room did not have good ventilation. However for the price, location, I still give this place a 10 out of 10. One of the best capsule location and experience around.

I really liked the staff, locker room separate to keep the sleeping areas not smelling bad, the common room and showers and toilets are nicely spread out. free towel and tote bag and shower slippers were a nice touch.

Food around the area is priced at Dotonbori prices. you'll have to walk further to get cheaper eats also the area around the building smelled a bit iffy....

Location is just a 5 minute walk from Namba station and a hop away to Dotonbori. there's a Lawson and 7-11 nearby for any combini food and snacks
