Could have a large stock of toilet paper, washing up liquid etc. But when we ran out it wasn’t a huge issue as there is a Coop connivence shop around the corner from the apartment.

So much better in person! Apartment is huge with two large bathrooms both with standing showers, large kitchen area fully equipped, two large double bedrooms and a wide corridor with a large sofa bed. Everything was clean and modern. The beds are so comfortable! The view of the canal was beautiful with some opera some mornings from one of the neighbours! Felt very authentically Italian. Amazing location seconds walk away from Camp Sant’Aponal plaza with lovely restaurants, shops and a cafe / bar.

Great place, clean, comfortable and good location. Easy to get to and from by Rialto Bridge and Vaporetto. Beware the Osteria around the corner!

The first night was really cold in the apartment, I supose because was raining, but we survived. The apartment doesn't have a way to make coffe.

The location is excellent. The host Miriam too, she answered any questions we did. The apartment is simple, buy very big and clean. I recomended the apartment.

Propert is just in the center. Very spacious. Access was easy no need for any keys. The Propert office shared the access codes of the house by WhatsApp and all communication was smooth.

It’s quite sparsely equipped.. Needs a new complete dinner set- barely enough crockery or cutlery for the four of us. No kettle or caffettiera (!) and no oven, just a tiny microwave and a lift toaster… not part of the listed equipment but be warned. Only a few pots and pans so we ate out. Venice (and most of Europe) is big on recycling, but there was only one little bin and two rubbish bags. One of the bathroom windows is covered only by a sheer curtain (alarming for the neighbourhood at night!). The outdoor furniture and chairs in the dining room need updating as they’re beginning to fray. Quite bare.

Absolutely loved the space in this apartment. Huge comfortable bedrooms and large living and dining area. Very clean. The terrace was great too. Lovely old building and great to have an elevator. Instructions were excellent for reaching the apartment and a very useful no key system-codes for all the required doors, so we could all come and go as we pleased.

Need a kettle and/or coffee maker - nothing to make coffee or tea when it is self catering accommodation Noisy at night from neighbours and the street. Not good for families with young children or those who like their sleep.

Location was really excellent to be able to tour Venice - very central. Lovely clean and spacious accommodation for a family. I definitely highly recommend a coffee machine or kettle to be able to make tea or coffee. There was none there at all and this is definitely important for self catering stays such as this. So important to be able to get that cup of coffee in the morning/afternoon. Maybe they think it is OK to go out for coffee ? which may be true during the day though in the morning it is essential to have one at home to start your day. The accommodation was lovely for the most part though if you had a young family in the evening/night time it was quite noisy from neighbours in the next floor up above as it was easy to hear what was going on with them well into the late night/past midnight/early hours. It was also noisy during the night from boats outside the front window and noise at night along the laneway from pedestrians going home at night. Just saying if you wished for a quiet stay and restful sleep for a young family. Otherwise 'wonderful Italy' are great hosts.

- Building courtyard was a bit dark/decrepit and had some old appliances lying around (maybe from a rennovation?) - Not the easiest to find, but exploring is half the fun in Venice. - Checked availability for another visit, and rates were much higher. Questionable value if you're paying that much.

- The apartment was sizeable and well equipped. - Location is very convenient (7min from Rialto) but reasonably quiet. - Very efficient check-in procedure - Heating was excellent (Feb was chilly and wet) - Got a great last minute rate through Booking

The smell of sewerage from the entrance of the buildig can be smelled in the apartment. There is mold in both showers. The dishwasher was full of dishes from the previous guests when we arrived. There is no sound proof insulation at all! We could here the people walking during the day and they woke us up at midnight stomping and talking when they came back to the apartment. The whole apartmens needs some new paint, fixing and some love...

The location is great, check in locks are great, the size of the apartment perfect for a family!

The apartment was a bit cold. We were missing a tea kettle and tea pot and a mocca pot would also be nice.

The shower isn’t at the rest of the apartment standards. There’s nothing to cook with, not even oil or salt. We had cold the first night and I asked for blankets which never arrived.

The property seems new, the building was quiet. The automated doors were convenient.

Loved the location of this accommodation - short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We had all we needed for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room was easy to access. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is quite big but the heating is not great, they said they are not allowed by the law to give us more than 20 degrees, but the temperature didn't felt like 20 degrees all the time. It was a little cold.

Not enough general supplies were provided, such as toilet paper and cooking oil. I know that this can be difficult to provide consistently to customers but it would be nice to not have to buy things that will have to be left behind like toilet paper, napkins, soap, etc.

Location was great, very easy to get to if you follow the provided directions. Easy to get around Venice as well.
