The location is practical near to the train station and very close to the historical center. The room was very clean and the host, Valentino, very nice and helpful. Excellent quality in relation to price.

Conveniently located near the station, and only a short distance to most of the UNESCO monuments of Ravenna. Comfortable and clean. The host replies to messages promptly.

The lack of security. We entered the premise that wasn't locked, and been able to have access to the reception without anyone being there. We waited for our host who was nice. At the end of our stay, we were offered to leave our suitcases there but nobody was at the reception. Someone was cleaning the rooms, suitcases from previous guests were left unattended at the reception. Anyone could have taken what they wanted and leave without trouble. We left the building with our staff feeling leaving anything there was not safe.

Good location with the train station a few minutes walk away. Rooms clean. Host friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast there.

The wi-fi does not work at all.

Very close to the train station, clean (they came and clean our room daily). Good value, breakfast was ok (coffee, some pasteries, cereals, yoghurt).

Wifi did not reach our room 104. Was not a problem for us but maybe for other guests. I don't like to have to give arrival times - this is my weekend and I never plan anything fix - maybe inform the guests to direct themselves to the bar for checkin? Some guests (like me) do not have Wifi all the time so Whatsapp messages to not arrive. Also I do not see the point of a text afterwards to rate the establishment (with a maximum of points preferably). I know you mean well, but a bit too much communication for me. My honest opinion

Location - right near the train station. Very clean. Clever system you can leave your luggage after check in and grab another key card. Very comfortable. I would stay there again. And before I forget, lovely cleaning lady.

The bed is a little short for tall people from the North, which is made worse by the non-removable foot end. And the breakfast options are too simple.

The bathroom was large and very clean, the bedroom also, and with good air conditioning (necessary because of the very hot weather). The location is very conveniently close to the station and the old town is only a short walk away. For a next stay, I'd love to come back.

The bathroom sink was blocked as the plug was firmly lodged in the base but the owner was understanding and responsive to feedback about this. Checkin will happen more smoothly if the traveller keeps in contact with the owner day of checkin as he lives at a different location and needs to meet traveller to allow access to BnB.

Location is great- very close to rail station. Large room with comfy bed, all the things one might need as a traveller including a good breakfast. The owner was very helpful and understanding which was greatly appreciated.

When we arrived there was no one there, when we left there was no one with whom we could speak English.

The room was very good and comfortable, the breakfast was also delicious, they were kind at the breakfast place.

We had 3 people booked in but only 2 mugs and 2 tea bags in the room.

It was very close to the train station which was helpful for our overnight stay.Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of cereals yoghurt pastries toasted sandwiches and drinks.

Comfortable modern room in small hotel close to the Station. Lovely breakfast in bar alongside the hotel. Ravenna is a small city, so good base for exploring.
