I have paid for the dinner and breakfast in advance, but when I have arrived there around 21.00 they told me that it is too late for dinner, although there were people in the restaurant at that hour. In the morning I had to leave early, and at 7.00 o'clock they told me that the breakfast is from 8.00 o'clock, so I left without eating. Maybe they should write the hours when the restaurant is open.

The room was clean, renovated, check-in 24-h,etc.

The carpets are still from the soviet era, and even though the look didn't bother me they retain a lot of smell which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but very old, not,really comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and kind overall regardless of my difficulties in Hungarian. I like the location and all facilites around (panorama, street-workout park...) and the wellness is brand new and very comfortable!

- Room was too cold at night - We chose the hotel for its whirlpool and swimming pool, but the whole pool area was too cold to be enjoyable Pool water was freezing, shower equipments rusted - hair dryer available at the front desk (returnable deposit fee)

- Very friendly staff ( Frontdesk, Breakfast...) - Breakfast was simple but OK - Bus to the train station in ca 3-5 min walking distance - A nice Playground in 3-5 min walking distance

The first night i arrived with my two sons the security man at the Reception was so unfriendly. Me being a person with color, i knew that he thought we couldn't afford to stay there. He didn't speak German neither English but he kept indicating that there was no room. I tried to tell him that we had a confirmed reservation his mind was made up not to let us stay. I was agitated wondering what to do since i was in a foreign country then he brought a waiter to whom i explained my ordeal. He talked to him in their language but this man seemed to act like he owned the place still refusing. Then came an elderly man who also works at the hotel but could communicate alittle in English. Then he also talked to him and they came to a conclusion that they give me a room for a night theni change the next day to my room. The room we were given was in an apalling state i can't imagine who can pay money to sleep in such a room in that i didn't even sleep that night.

The fact that i got a better room and i paid 80 Euros less maybe for the inconvieninces caused to us . They had a pool, Jacuzzi,steambath, and the stay was with Breakfast and dinner. We had Buffet for both.

The room we had was old (like "comunism" era - The walls were not straight, you had to play with the taps to have a warm shower and the curtain in the shower needed to be replaced a long time ago. Not to mention the tub. That was long overdue :-) Maybe the other guests had reconstructed rooms, but in our case it was an emergency stop so we were happy to have it as it was.

Our unplanned stop made us create a reservation late at night, the staff made sure we will have the correct room. All was peaceful and quiet. PS: We noticed a lot of bad reviews but decided to take a chance anyway.

There was old furnitured rooms, old bathroom (worst than on the pictures from booking). Rooms was paint probably -because everywhere was rest of paint -on the doors- in the bathroom. Bathroom was maybe over 30 years old. The breakfast was very small of posibilities of type of food.

Hotel is 4 km from the city center, but in nice forest, calm place.You will neeed a car or taxi. You can use train for sightseeing of city every 10:00 am in summer grom hotel. You can use Lime bycicles for move in city from and to hotel (it is 3 km from city centres the hotel) In hotel is wllness- 2 saunas, whirlpool and pool-they was nice. 1km from hotel is termal pool.

The room what i got was not what was on the pictures on the booking. This was an old room what get a renovation. The wellness only was open till 9pm in summer time and i arrived at 8pm15. They want to kick out me at 8pm40, because the staff was rushing home.... no more comment for this. .....

Staff pretend not to speak English! Room assigned was with cracks on walls and balcony was not accessible for a child of 3 years old. Very old and dirty hotel and Spa. Avoid to book and stay, unless fully renovated!!!

It’s being renovated and it was noisy, although we didn’t stay in the room much. The room we had was an old one and the bathroom looked bad but the room was clean and good size.
