Hotel was a little old dated, therefore some things were damaged making the room look scruffy. But can’t fault anything else.

Staff were brilliant and really helpful. Nothing was too much. We had a lovely peaceful stay. The hotel was a short walk to the beach.

Wish the facilities (e.g. pool and jacuzzi) were open later. Felt weird having someone else dish up my breakfast, would have liked to do it myself.

Was my first visit to Bournemouth and absolutely loved it. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit. Beach is only a five minute walk away, spa treatment was lovely, wish there could’ve been a birthday discount or something though. Staff were friendly and bar staff very chatty. Lovely atmosphere to sit and have a drink.

The location was awful, the bedroom was very small for the price, there should have been bottled water and sweets in the room aswell as unlimited supplies during our stay there was nada, the bathroom was freezing. The bar closed at 11pm, the breakfast was limited, fresh fruit section was tinned prunes.

lift painfully slow in arriving...air conditioning unit in room was noisy and it wasn't even switched on!! It kept clicking all night, luckily turning if on and off again seemed to fix it, or we would have insisted on another room. oh, the 10 percent service charge added to your drinks at the bar, seemed a bit cheeky. I know you don't have to pay it, but come on management ....sort it out ....

On first morning, I was expecting early morning weaking call, unfortunately that has not happened although I book it on line and I remind the receptionist, I was a bit late for my meeting but it was ok.

Breakfast could have had bread selection, not just shop bought loaves! Also no cappuccino or coffee selection on offer, just straight coffee and for the price we paid this was very poor. Bed was extremely hard, glad we were only with you 2 nights. No fridge in room.

I thought the room was a bit out dated with the mahogany furniture. There was also a wedding on the 2nd night we had to share the other bar with which was a shame along with not being able to eat there that night.

Enjoyed the facilities and of course the location was amazingly close to everything. Staff were very nice.

Hotel looks a little dated with 70s decor in corridors, and streets leading to hotel from town centre not most salubrious. Best approached from seafront side!

Breakfasts are exceptional: quality produce and choice, tablecloths, served from hot tureens and experience is made to feel special. Pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities are spacious, clean and massages are heavenly. Superb friendly service. Location fantastic- close to everything.

Ran out of a couple of things at breakfast on bank holiday Monday which was a shame but I understand pre-ordering ahead would have been difficult with the bank holiday. Staff could have been more attentive and smiley. They were very informative but lacked a smile and “have a nice day” for example.

The Complimentary spa usage - jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna and the steam room - provided towels as well. In addition, breakfast was amazing in the morning, hot and fresh full english and nice and warm croissants and pain au chocalat and danishes,

There was no hand wash in the room, only a bar of soap, would have preferred full hand wash. No instructions came with air con system. Lift was very small when having suitcases and bags. Bar inside very expensive!

Good location, easy to park, very welcoming. Nice clean room with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in the shower. Excellent swimming pool and spa. Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice. Very good value for money.

10 min walk to the beach, room clean, bed comfortable. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient . Special thanks to Kevin who resolved an issue promptly. SPA relaxing and very clean. Breakfast lovely. - large selection of hot and cold food. Would definately stay again.
