The fact there was no TV reception. The WiFi was poor or non existent. Only amenities I missed was a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Other than that it was excellent and the area quiet. Neighbours were very friendly made me feel at ease.

The place was a detached house in a quiet cul de sac. Shops bars an restaurants were a 15 min walk away. The owner was away I only spoke on phone. No staff entrance to the room via a key code. Clean an tidy with insuite bathroom. Pleasantly surprised.

Nothing really, if you are looking for a room only, shower etc, then you can't go wrong staying here.

Our host, Michael, was such a lovely guy. We have visited Llanelli regularly over the last few years and have decided that we would like to live there. On this occasion we were house hunting and once we had met Michael and explained why we were in town he asked us to join him at the Machynys Golf Club for a drink. The course is literally 2min drive from the property, for all you golfers. The club house itself has stunning views along the estuary looking out to The Gower. Michael was a font of local knowledge which we found really helpful. The location of the property is ideal for access on to beautiful coastline and 20min walk to the town centre. Michael is a really likeable chap, nothing would be too much trouble for him to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be using his property whilst we house hunt, and will be staying in touch with him when we eventually settle in the area.

Everything … location was perfect,Lovely cozy room but still spacious . The room was very clean with a flat screen tv , you also had Netflix and other apps to watch movies etc which most properties wouldn’t have and the best thing yet was the bed quality it was so comfy . The gent who owns it is also lovely and very attention, helped me with info on where to eat etc and you also have a toaster and kettle in the room x

This was a great room to stay in. Comfortable, clean, quiet had everything I needed. The host was very friendly, informative, helpful and flexible with checking out which was great! Its a great spot to explore the local area around Llanelli such as Pembrey Country Park, Burry Port and the numerous beaches and also getting to Swansea and The Gower. Perfect stay, thank you.

We had everything we needed and more . The gentleman who owns it was super friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable. He set up the PlayStation for my lad and showed us how to use the TV. He gave us lots of recommendations for fun, to eat, places to go etc which was above and beyond and i found it a really sweet and friendly touch . It was clean and we slept so well (which is a biggy as I normally don't sleep well when I stay away but I did here) . The beach is so close by lots of shops 5 mins up the road and plenty of places to eat nearby . I loved the fact there was a kettle and coffee there because I forgot to bring mine along with a towel, but luckily, there was one provided too. I am very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area . Great value for money . The shower was great too, better water pressure than mine sadly !

Nice, cosy and cute private room in a convenient location for exploring the surrounding area. Staff very attentive when I arrived checking that everything was alright. Owner also sent text to check all was okay and helpful with advice on where to eat and places to visit.

NThe room was a little stuffy and it was difficult to get fresh air in without opening the main door. Other issues, only a couple were discussed with the owner. Two people, two mugs/cups please!!

Everything was so nice and the environment is quite unique. The host was so kind and eager to respond to any problem should it (they) arise. A befitting five star accommodation with lovely facilities.

The place was marvelous. I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed my stay after a stressful journey coupled with work. The room was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. I watched the fantastic Sky Sports channels which you hardly get in many places. I was very impressed.
