Only one downside was because there was very limited hot water for four people. Water heated up okay but became tepid after just a few minutes even for just one person in the shower. Boiler seemed a reasonable size but may have been set up to limit use by multiple occupents. Bathroom had a large bath and shower but sufficient hot water for a bath was a non starter.

Views from living room superb. Flat was bright and comfortable and virtually everything about our stay was perfect.

Brilliant location, overlooking Traeth Llanelli; 5-minute walk to St Elli's bistro. Convenient base too if you're looking to make day trips to attractions in Gower Responsive and helpful hosts as well! 10/10 would recommend.

Nothing in particular , the carpets outside the apartment in communal areas / stairs should probably be changed . Also a suggestion that the TV can probably be fitted securely into to a TV unit / wall stand , we had an excited toddler and were worried about any possible damage to it , thankfully didn’t happen .

Spotless clean , very warm and comfortable. Mel takes pride in making her guests stay as comfortable as possible which was evident . There were DVDs , board games , books for kids and adults - generous kitchen facilities . Location is perfect in a quiet and peaceful spot , away from the city’s hustle and bustle . Weather wasn’t great and we booked this 2 night holiday just to relax and this was the perfect place , the walk along the beach is very serene .

Communal staircase a bit grubby.

Lovely apartment. Amazing views. Coastal path on the doorstep. Beautifully clean. Very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine plus tablets for both. Toiletries available too. Host was very helpful and kind. Snacks left for us plus lots of things you need, eg tea and coffee. All cleaning equipment. Parking literally outside the door - free.

the entrance to the communal area is looking very shabby- the door lock looks like it is falling off and the carpets in the hall and stairs are dirty and look very unappealing and not a good first impression of the block. (This is not reflected inside the apartment which is very clean).

The location of the property is fantastic, it overlooks the coastal path and the sea, the apartment itself is well equipped with good wifi and sufficient utensils to cook while at the property.It was spotlessly clean warm and cosy.
