Interior a little dated, but everything was super clean.

Great location with Oxford city centre easily accessible by bus. Good size room with separate 2 beds for 3 people, which was fine for us. Very nice breakfast and friendly team.

Great location, comfortable bed, and we loved that the room had a little table and chairs to sit at. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the variety of food for breakfast was good. It was quick and easy to get into Oxford on the bus and so we didn't need to use the car. Lots of amenities close by to get something to eat in the evening, which was an added bonus

Unfortunately I have to say there was one thing that really put me off - it was very noisy. There was a loud sound of what seemed like water pipes both quite late at night and again very early in the morning. I thought it might be other guests showering but it went on such a long time I then doubted that. Not sure what the noise was but I found it really annoying..

Overall a nice guest house with friendly and helpful staff. Room clean - a bit cramped but not bad for the cost. Breakfast was ok except toast didn't seem to be toasted or only very marginally - it was,like warm bread.

Great room for a solo traveller on a training course for a few days at the local university. Filling breakfast served with a smile, and very helpful lovely hosts. Would recommend!

Water pressure and temperature is not stable. And even you turned to the hottest water, it still be cold.

Staff and location is great. We parked car in hotel and use bus to city center.

Guest house is a bit tired - the wash basin was cracked and the vinyl floor in the en-suite was lifting and not sealed around the edge. Space very tight in the breakfast room - we had to move our table and chairs so the staff serving the food could get through. Not major issues, but disappointing at the price paid (£179 B&B for 1 night).

Great location for us and the room was at the rear of the property so away from the road noise. Breakfast was good, good sized room, comfy bed.

Room 11 had a cracked wash basin which was very off putting.

It's not fancy, but it's not sold as fancy.

Service was excellent. I discovered I had by accident booked a twin room with a shared bathroom; we were upgraded to a twin room with its own bathroom - we were lucky there was one available but the man straightaway had a look (I didn't ask) and changed our booking. Location very good for people coming from London. We could leave the car here all day after our night's stay, continue into town by bus (or on foot) and pick the car up on our way home. And breakfast being included is always a winner with me.

Decor needs updating, no real issues.

Really accommodating people. We had a travel nightmare, and nothing was too much trouble for them.Clean, comfy beds. Options of blankets and/or fans. Lovely breakfast. Great garden with loads of parking. Good value.

The host was absolutely brilliant, and made accommodations for myself as I had to fast due to a hospital appointment the day after arrival. The room was a suitable size for two people, although I found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. However, I am quite tall, and the beds were not long enough for me personally, so this was more than likely the reason why.
