Great service, the lady from reception Preeti was very helpful, when we asked to change our room there was no problem at all, we were late for breakfast - no problem we got it in takeaway boxes as restaurant was closed.

Reception staff were fine. At breakfast several things failed to be replenished and only happened after asking. For example, milk, bowls, juice, coffee.

The whole place is tired, lift creaky.

The room size was much bigger than expected, and the view was amazing!

Being on the top floor it was very stuffy in the room, luckily a fan was provided but at times still very hot. View from the window isn’t the best. The lift felt very off at times which was slightly uncomfortable when using it.

The room was tidy and the property itself was very nice. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great too.

Our room was very warm and there was quite a lot of noise from people and traffic passing by. Parking for disabled on site was a bonus, although it was a rather cramped car park.

Hotel does not have parking on site. There is ample parking arranged at the Bic which is directly opposite. In addition there is some space directly in front of hotel entrance to enable unloading and loading of luggage.

Very spacious room with direct access from hotel entrance to the room for a mobility scooter. Modern light and airy restaurant accessed direct from the hotel with excellent breakfast and evening menus. Top notch location with all amenities and attractions within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room was a loft, under the roof. It was spacious but we had to be careful not to bang our heads. The bathroom was clean but the water was keeping flowing in the loo and would not stop. The curtains were too small so that there was too much light in the morning.

The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the pier. The hotel has a nice restaurant, the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was quiet.

It is central to all we need during our stay. The reception staff are very friendly & attentive. The breakfast offers variety & was very nice both days. Staff again were polite & helpful at breakfast. Our room was clean & tidy with all we required.

There was no lobby or decent bar to sit around and chat so you had to keep going out I booked saying 2 rooms for people with mobility problems but was given bath with a shower in it but I couldn't get in to bath

Didn't realise we had been allocated an enormous ground floor accessible room. Being next to reception, it was quite noisy at times. Would have much preferred a cosier, smaller room on a higher floor.

Lovely big, light, and airy room. Clean and well presented. Good selection of tea / coffee in room, also bottled water and very nice buscuits. Bed was firm (too firm for my husband). Very well soundproofed, could barely hear anything from ourside the room. The Tower fan was a god send as room was on the ground floor, and I didn't want to leave the window open wide. Room service was available and reasonably priced. Toiletries were provided, we only used the soap though. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Good choice for breakfast. Brilliant position for BIC or the Pavillion. Right by the beach too.

Armchairs in the room were uncomfortable. Toilet roll holder was behind you!
