Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBeing on the top floor it was very stuffy in the room, luckily a fan was provided but at times still very hot. View from the window isn’t the best. The lift felt very off at times which was slightly uncomfortable when using it.
The room was tidy and the property itself was very nice. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great too.

United KingdomHotel does not have parking on site. There is ample parking arranged at the Bic which is directly opposite. In addition there is some space directly in front of hotel entrance to enable unloading and loading of luggage.
Very spacious room with direct access from hotel entrance to the room for a mobility scooter. Modern light and airy restaurant accessed direct from the hotel with excellent breakfast and evening menus. Top notch location with all amenities and attractions within easy walking distance of the hotel.

United KingdomThe room was a loft, under the roof. It was spacious but we had to be careful not to bang our heads. The bathroom was clean but the water was keeping flowing in the loo and would not stop. The curtains were too small so that there was too much light in the morning.
The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the pier. The hotel has a nice restaurant, the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was quiet.

United KingdomLovely big, light, and airy room. Clean and well presented. Good selection of tea / coffee in room, also bottled water and very nice buscuits. Bed was firm (too firm for my husband). Very well soundproofed, could barely hear anything from ourside the room. The Tower fan was a god send as room was on the ground floor, and I didn't want to leave the window open wide. Room service was available and reasonably priced. Toiletries were provided, we only used the soap though. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Good choice for breakfast. Brilliant position for BIC or the Pavillion. Right by the beach too.
