Room soundproofing was not incredible, so could hear next room talking but did not pose a considerable issue.

Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast and convenient parking. Bed was huge.

The immediate 5 minute radius is very roady grey part of Bristol, giving this a motel feel. Unless you're driving in or getting off at Temple Meads station it might not be recommended. The rooms are basic and lack any sort of thoughtful or modern touches when it comes to hot drinks, toiletries, usb sockets, and so on. Expect more from Hilton. No fridge, either. Room service wasn't available at 10pm on a Sat night.

Satisfactory, basically. A short walk from the waterfront/marina area and the nice parts of Bristol. Gym a little bigger and better than expected. Comfy clean beds. Strong hot shower.

We asked for a room with a bath. The room that we were given (329) did not have one. We were moved to a different room.

We liked the Kiln room that was used for breakfast.

There was no water in the room but you could request a bottle each day from Reception - I only found out from another guest so I think it would be helpful if this could be mentioned when checking in on arrival.

The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows.

Check-in staff were abrupt and not very welcoming. No hi, how are you ect. Very little interaction just abrupt directions to confirm car reg details and name. Other staff after check-in on the desk later in the day were good and helpful. Sounds small, but customer service or a lack of it was noticeable.

Great location, easy check in and out, good sized room, nice shower. All clean and tidy. Some staff were excellent

Door in bathroom was hitting the towel on the floor.

The Hotel is close to city centrum but suprasingly was not very noisy outside. Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. Just the aditional parking fee looks to me a little bit to high. Thank you

The transfer of euros to sterling distorted the original price quoted. However we had a pleasant few days and by rail Bath was near and we'll worth a visit.

Very good breakfast 🍳 hotel 🏨 Very central for train 🚂 station and city centre served food late in bar 🍺 very relaxing 😎
