Cannot think of anything to be honest.

We went to watch the FA cup football and for a nice weekend away. We watched the FA cup final in Cafe Football and we are so glad we did. The atmosphere was crazy and food was lovely. We will definitely be coming again. Thanks again to Lauren who made our stay extra special. All staff were great though. We heard a staff member in Cafe football saying he loves working there and likes it because everyone there wants to be there. Thought that was so nice to hear. Would highly recommend getting a stadium view room. We had a great time people watching haha

Before arriving at the hotel - I attempted to call by phone - it took too long to be answered - eventually answered by a female whose manner was quite abrupt. I asked a further question - when she wasn’t able to assist - she transferred me to reception, but managed to cut me off. I didn’t try again. After the match (womens) we found the bar was extremely busy and cramped - it was a disappointment that there was not an alternative lounge to sit in - as a friend was meeting us at the hotel. The upstairs lounge seemed out of bounds and basement bar was closed.

Staff excellent Linc was good my grandson loved him.

Room, breakfast and location was good. However, the only thing I would comment on is the pitch facilities upstairs, notwater, machine not working, chair damaged could do with a bit of TLC

The location was fab, the view of the stadium from our room was amazing! Heaven is great, my son loved going up there multiple times.

If there was one thing which was frustrating and that is the 3pm check in time. But totally understand there is only a small window to get rooms cleaned and ready from the night before. And the standard of the rooms with cleanliness was amazing

Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked and hot not like a lot of other hotels which are just placed on a hot plate. Quality food products used also

My wife and I had a really great time staying at this hotel. It's a few steps outside of Old Trafford and we had a great view of the stadium from our room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location made going to our stadium tour and visiting Old Trafford a breeze. The hotel also held our bags for a few hours while we did the stadium tour, even though we had already checked out. Would definitely visit again.

There is nothing to dislike for any true fan, the suites can be slightly costly but having experienced it first hand I can say the thought put into it and the experience of staying there makes it worth every penny!

Absolutely everything! The location is amazing, right on the doorstep of Old Trafford and waking up to a stadium view was just breathtaking! The bed was so comfortable and the Class of ‘92 rooms’ decor was fantastic, the signed shirts on the wall were just the added extra touch!! And the daily restocking of the complimentary mini fridge was an excellent gesture to give you even more of the good feels! :)

We have stayed here a few times now and can’t fault it. Excellent location, cheap parking, affordable and good quality food, rooftop football pitch and most of all the excellent staff who are really attentive and actually have character.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room I stayed in was amazing, clean and tidy. The view was cracking. The bed was the most comfortable bed I'd stayed in. We wherever happy with our stay

More for the 10 year old than me. Rooftop soccer pitch was unavailable due to another event there but was no big deal

Location was ideal for a trip with 10 year old son for a united match staff very helpful and friendly and old school sweets were a very nice touch
