Snd I thought it was a bit quirky,which I like,particularly,the literary ambience.The breakfast was superb,even if I had to go next door.My only issue was with the taps in the sink,but that was probably my technical clumsiness.I loved the area too!I will definitely visit again.The staff were welcoming and thoroughly charming.

It was soooooo loud!!! DURING the night, all night, could hear people walking around above us continuously, and people's conversations, walls must be really thin! Didn't get hardly any sleep at all. The rooms are very basic, but was expected. But very clean regardless! The corridors are really small too, it is probably the narrowest hotel I've ever stayed in, finding your room is abit like a maze, up and down samall staircases, and it did make me feel a little on edge incase there was an emergency. Alot of rooms squished into a small space. If you don't like small spaces I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Staff on the reception were super friendly on arrival! Perfect check in and check out :) The hotel location is perfect! The bar area is gorgeous 😍

The room was so incredibly warm because the heater was on full blast upon entry. In order to cool the room down we could either turn on a noisy fan or open a window and hear kings cross' busy traffic so bad place if you want to sleep. Was also asked if i was booked under someone with a female name due to our same last names. Not good for gdpr.

There is no air condition within the hotel. Only a fan was given. The fan is noisy

Location is definitely a plus. Located minutes from king cross station and st pancras. Even with rain it was quick to the hotel

Very noisy room in basement with noise from tube-this was not mentioned at check in. I asked for a quiet room ! Staff were generally miserable and not welcoming/friendly or helpful apart from 1 man who was on the night shift of 20/04/24 who at least smiled and was friendly with his service

Location of this hotel is very good and walking distance to Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations Breakfast and service was out of this world at the Italian hotel 3 doors down-absolutely outstanding. Very friendly attentive staff Good shower and amenities in room

My room was pretty small- however pretty functional and cozy. The only thing that I found annoying was the fact that the shower was together with the WC, and the floor would flood every time you would use the shower. Not very convenient.

The location is great, three minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras. The personnel were wonderful, polite, funny, and helpful. The hotel collaborates with a restaurant nearby and the breakfast - that is excellent -is served in a wonderful space. The hotel has a bar that is very convenient for a late drink, or an afternoon coffee. I found the hotel to be very charming and nicely decorated. Rooms have a kettle and you can make tea and coffee in the room.

Very cramped space but it did what we needed it to.

We knew it was a small room when we booked but I think the price is rather inflated for the room we had. It was rather stuffy and noisy but it is definitely close to the station.

Lots of construction currently in the area. Trash all over walkways to the hotel. Lots of unhoused people. But our biggest issue was no lift. The check in guy carried our bags up 4 floors which were steep and old. Not for 60 year olds. Hot room with lots of outside noise with window open.

The staff were all super helpful and nice. It is close to Kings Cross station. Clean. Allowed luggage storage.

My room was very small and claustrophobic, but for a short stay I think the value for the location makes it worthwhile. Also, rooms are poorly soundproofed but it was mostly quiet while I was there.

Being so close to the train station is great. For the price it was a good value that I was pleased with. Staff were kind and friendly.
