Amazing property, close to town and connections. Loads to do within the home on rainy days and evenings kids thoroughly enjoyed the man cave with pool table darts and karaoke. Whilst us adults chilled in hot tub. Owners gave us full information on everything great communication.

The property was dusty in places and being asthmatic I decided to wipe the surface down so that it didn’t irritate my asthma. But not a problem

Bathrooms need a deep clean and the doors fixed (one is not closing, another has transparent window). We travelled together with another couple and privacy was needed. Bedsheets/towels were a little dated (some had stains and holes), shower gels/shampoos would be great too.

The house is beautiful and very big, there’s lots of stuff that you can do - pool, darts, karaoke, bbq, hot tub and more. The outside area is great. We also liked the living room space with the fireplace, it was very cosy for the evening in. There is enough parking space for 2 cars, self check in is comfortable, lots of shops only 5 minutes away. The host sent video instructions for everything that we needed to know.

Some upstairs attention needed, didn't necessarily match the level of the downstairs . Unfortunately downstairs shower temperature in wet room difficult to manage but we were aware of this at time of booking. Bath upstairs huge, took a while to fill, mixer shower difficult to manage due to water pressure but for a couple of days it was manageable. All said, still a great space and an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic space for some well needed downtime. Great facilities. Owner communication was excellent. Easy access to the Gower and other venues e.g. pubs, restaurants, shopping. Most important areas of house were very clean. Beds comfortable. Wet room, stairs lifts and ramps in and out of house.

Cleanliness wasn't the best being cleaners ourselves there was bits of glass in the games room that the kids pointed out on the floor and a ice lolly wrapper beside the hottub and alot of dust in areas too but for the money it's still worth it can't really moan..... also check in would be amazing if was earlier or check out later to get more time to use facilities

The hot tub was amazing, games room was great the kids loved every bit of it just wish we had of booked for longer as 1 night wasn't enough for us but will definitely book again soon

We were two couples, so the fact that the door on the upstairs bathroom doesn't close properly and the one on the wetroom has clear glass in it, meant that the lack of privacy was an issue. If you think there are no towels look in the tumble dryer. That's where we found them.

If you want 5* then pay 5* prices. The play barn in the garage was fun. Spacious rooms. Private, secure parking.

The property was spacious and comfortable, very clean, the Hot Tub plus a barn garage with pool and darts was a massive bonus. It was also close to local restaurants etc and parking was not an issue.

Loved the spacious and massive house with numerous amenities. There were so many to explore. Everything was clean, heating was already on so house was warm when we entered, hot bath was also ready to jump into, parking space was reserved by host, plenty of cutlery, plates, cooking pots and pans, stove was heated and ready. Loved everything about the house and our stay. Saving this as my fav house to book for future

The house was in need of a really good clean soap marks and toothpaste marks on the sink, pans hung back up with out being washed and just left it also needed a good Hoover all over the house

Unfortunately upon arrival we found that the property had not been sufficiently cleaned. The rugs and carpets were stained, the cupboards had dust and dirt inside them and the walls were dirty. We could not stay there. None of us felt comfortable sitting on the furniture let alone sleeping or washing there. The owner has computers set up, which made it feel like we were being watched. I wish I had read more of the reviews before booking. We had to pay for hotel rooms last minute because we couldn’t stand to be there for longer than 10 minutes. The owner has not cooperated with giving me a refund and booking.com haven’t helped either. It’s not worth the hassle.

I will never be able to convey in 2 to 3 sentences everything that i feel about this house, but let me try to set the scene; it is gross, dust everywhere, dirty carpets throughout the whole house, yes even in the bathroom, which btw made it so that you couldnt even close the bathroom door, so much for privacy. Theres holes in the floor and in pretty sure the 5 layers of carpet is the only thing keeping this house together. The kitchen looks new but dont you dare open the cabinnets if you want to spend the rest of your night here. Theres personal trinkets all over the place so you can really feel like you can sleep in your creepy uncle Tom's place. The shower is cold, like stone cold, both of them. And do not warm up no matter how long you wait. If you decide to shower cold upstairs, dont, because you can't, you have to keep the plug up for the shower faucet to run and theres no place to hang the faucet either so you will be stuck holding both. Unless ofcourse you want to ask for help from the people youre there with, must be a lovely bonding expierence to have someone shampoo your hair while you sit on your knees holding the plug and the faucet. After i left i took three showers and a bath at a new place and i still did not feel clean. So spare yourself from this nightmare that i cannot erease from my brain and do. Not. Come. Here.
