A real home away from home. A tastefully decorated and fully equipped apartment, that was also super clean and had the added benefit of stunning views of the coastline. Host was pleasure to deal with and the little treats she left us were well appreciated. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Perfect location close to the beach and coastal walks. Superb attention to detail with facilities and little welcome treats on arrival. Mel is an amazing host. The shower and bath were amazing, especially after the Llanelli 10k/Half Marathon race. There were several breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and the ever changing tide was simply calming for the soul.

I loved the location. I could cycle straight from the property along the coastal path in both directions. Modern, beautifully kept apartment easy to find with parking on site.

Honestly, Nothing

The apt was immaculate and decorated so nicely. Straight out of the patio was the beach. The owners had thought of everything games books Netflix apps on the TV .. I was travelling alone and felt so relaxed and safe there .. Id recommend to families too for a seaside break in a beautiful place .

The apartment was beautiful, bright and airy with a beach theme running throughout - a proper holiday home! Mel had thought of everything to make sure you had a good stay, from snacks on arrival and a kitchen stocked with utensils, to a welcome letter with clear instructions and emergency contact information and plenty of books and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The location is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing break, or a great base if you have a car and can explore further afield.

Large, stylish and comfortable apartment, well equipped for cooking. Ten-year old slept well on the sofa bed, and enjoyed having the secure outdoor patio area to run around in. The apartment is right on the beach, with views across the estuary, with a dedicated car parking space.

What was there not to like about the Apartment, a home from home. Very well equipped for a weekend away in an ideal location right on the beach. Mel was very attentive from start to finish, would definitely stay there again.

Very loud, drunk people congregated in the beach parking lot in the evening. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. The blinds in the living room were inadequate to keep the room dark in the morning.

Good beds in the bedroom. New kitchen appliances. Spacious. Host was very responsive. Easy access to the walking path along the beach. Nice view.

I struggled with the lock for the bin area. So took one rubbish bag away with me. It worked first time I visited it, so assume it was me rather than a problem with the lock

Everything single thing about this property is perfect. For a start it’s really homely, and the owner has done a great job of adding all those nice little touches like cushions, lamps, art, plants, blankets, books, games, puzzles, and a welcome basket. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, with modern high quality appliances, and added extras like a coffee machine with coffee pods, tea, milk, sugar, salt, oil etc. the bed was really comfy and the sheets were super soft. it’s really quiet here so if you’re looking to relax and have a great night’s sleep this is the place. everything was spotlessly clean and all the bedding and towels and soft furnishings were pristine and smelt lovely and fresh. the bathroom was nice and modern with a hot power shower. the views were lovely and location brilliant with lovely walks along the sand/sea next to the apartment. The owner was really quick to respond to our booking (even though we booked super last minute) and when we made a special request, which they were under no obligation to grant, they were more than happy to accommodate.

The apartment was decorated and furnished to a high standard, everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and everything for that important cuppa on arrival! Lovely walks from the door around the coastline, great views, especially the sunsets. A short drive to the Gower coast, Minuets from grocery shops and main shopping centre.

The towels were a bit small. I like a big bath sheet towel. A teapot and a cafetiere would have been nice additions. Also an umbrella for a little shade outside would also have been handy.

The flat was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and the views amazing.
