I arranged for a hotel transfer to pick us up from the Airport, there was no sign of the cml vehicle or the smugglers cove driver. We waited a good 50 minutes before catching another taxi. Tried to call and message the property there was no answer to either message. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was lectured to by the receptionist, I told her my thoughts... We were put into a room next to a noisy air conditioner and a loud flushing toilet, both needed to be fixed. My 80-year-old mother and I should not have been put in that room. The in-house restaurant for breakfast took 50 minutes and was cold. Wait staff need to pay attention when food is ready and serve it. Overall, a bit disappointed in such a lovely setting.

Room: Comfortable bed, tea facilities, good shower pressure. Hotel was right on the beachfront, nice restaurant. Staff: Mostly attentive friendly helpful staff.

Unfortunately the dining experience wasn’t great. Got half of our order wrong and some food never arrived, took 45 minutes for our water to arrive but weren’t given glasses to drink from, and got charged for food we didn’t order. However, we spoke to a different waiter who was very friendly and helped us sort out the issues with the bill. Did notice some tables had numbers and some didn’t, and a lot of staff were walking around with food and asking people if what they were holding was what they ordered. That being said, the outside dining area is lovely with fairy lights everywhere with a live band, and the actual food was decent.

20 minutes from the airport and close to Port Denarau, good location. Receptionist was lovely and efficient, and the rooms were generally clean.

I am pretty laid back, however, being fair the food was not great, I ordered a cesar chicken salad and unfortunately was pretty bad. The brekkie the same, did not meet the expectations. The staff were nice but not very helpful to be honest.

The restaurant service was quite slow, like about 1.5 hours for lunch. Ultimately, that was our only "complaint." But we were otherwise happy to sit next to the beach while we waited.

Room was good. It was ready when we arrived at 7am, which was awesome for a nap after early travel. I think being so early, a couple things were missed or not set up yet, i.e. no hand towel and no hand soap, but otherwise the room was great.

No lift, though the staff don't hesitate to take your bags up to the rooms. Food service can be a bit slow as it is a busy place at times. If you're staying on an entertainment evening, it can be a bit noisy in the front rooms.

The property is right on the beach in a strip of similar low priced hotels. There’s a nice vibe and plenty of entertainment. There’s great food options either at Smugglers or one of the adjacent properties.

the food was reallly expensive so the local supermarket was great and the wifi sucked but other than great the place was great.

the location was great and close to everything in Nadi. the staff were super lovely and helpful with the bus timetable. the dorm were we fully aicondtitioned and clean and the atmosphere was great.

No lift. It is a little noisy some nights as it is a very popular bar and dining spot with entertainment. Service is a bit slow on busy nights.

Everything! Excellent location. Exceptional rooms with large bench areas for luggage. Big, super comfortable beds & pillows. Fantastic shower pressure, hairdryer & coffee making facilities. Very helpful staff taking out 2 x very heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

There wasn't that many options for activities and food in the area.

Was as expected - is by the beach away from the main area of Nadi town so there isn't too much to do during the day. Good spot to stop for a night between airport and heading to the islands as South Sea Cruises includes a free resort shuttle.

The AC in the dorm room was not reliable, it was on but power was off for a long time so it did not work for a long time. The room is crazy hot without the AC on. There were quite a bit of coachroaches crawling around bathroom / shower area. The room smells bad and very dark due to having no windows and packed with people in it.

Location is great, and the common area (dining hall, beachfront bar and restaurant, pool) is beautiful, very well maintained. The room condition was not that great but definitely good value for the money. Compared to other hotels I stayed around Fiji, staff service is mediocre.

There were no pool/beach towels, so having to use our bathroom towels was a pain. Then the towels weren't replaced if we were at the beach while the room was being made up. My sister had to find the room cleaning people and ask for towels when we got back, but she wouldn't give them to us unless we gave her the used ones! Also the day trip we took was more than advertised on their own website what was supposed to be F$105 for a full day became F$159 for a half day to see exactly the same things but only quicker! There was also nothing on Booking.com that said there was no lift, it actually says it is wheelchair accessible which I would like to contradict. Luckily we were only on the first floor from the lobby as someone who lives with a disability climbing stairs was a pain.

The staff were incredible and very welcoming! No matter whether you were just arriving, trying to book a day trip or get something from the bar. The staff were amazing! Even carrying our suitcases up the flight of stairs to our room. The room was okay, we didn't stay in the room other than to change or sleep so it passed. Food was okay but we decided to try a few other places which ended up being much better.
