The room housekeeping was a bit hit and miss.

The hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, so easy to reach the main area for shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and the restaurant facility was very good with a good selection from the breakfast buffet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

When I arrived on Friday, the reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Later, especially on Sunday the atmosphere was different, like ”I am just working here”. Different persons, but the customer service should be the priority all the time.

Price is too expensive. Why on earth don't they have closed bath-cabins on a 4-start-hotel!! It's not clean or comfortable to bath on the floor and get the whole bathroom wet!

The road of front of hotel is constructing, so it will be better in the future.

Reception told me that I will have a quiet room because I told them that I need it because I had a late checking and early check out but it wasn’t quiet ….there was lot of noise all night from two sides and it ruined my stay completely….i slept dogs sleep few hours..

The sauna and swimming pool was under construction and the changing rooms were too small for all the users. However it was under construction and most likely in better use after the construction.

We felt a bit cold in the room to be honest. May be crntral heating was not working as expected.

The hotel is not in city center. but it's easy to take tram 2, 4 or 10 which located around 500m from hotel. it takes around 10 minutes to the city center. The receptionist of night shift is not very customer-friendly. He gave me tiny room and very far from the lift, eventhough on that day hotel was not over-booked. I had to ask to change to another room next day. On the day I left, I had to leave hotel really early, I asked for take-away breakfast, but they didn't prepare anything. When I arrived at the reception, he told me that I could prepare take-away breakfast myself, but there was nearly nothing to take at the Buffet because they were still preparing to set up breakfast, I had to pick 2 pieces of bread and cookies myself and ran quickly to the taxi. It's not the service we expected to receive. Or is that the way they do in Finland? I have been travelling around Asia and Europe, but a small tiny service for breakfast that we couldn't have, and we paid for it, they cannot even offer. I will probably not book at this hotel again.

In the wardrobe were a minibar and a safe located, so there was no way to conveniently place our outer clothing. It was very unexpectedly. In addition, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which is unusual for Finland.
