It was clean enough with a cafeteria style restaurant and bar. There is a mini store at the hotel which was convenient and the staff offered rides to and from The Camino. Not high quality but will do.

United KingdomThe restaurant didn’t open until 830 in the evening. This was no use to people walking the Camino as we had been up since 7 o’clock walking and needed to eat early and get to bed early.
Great room Staff willing to collect and drop us to and from los Arcos town. We had not realised how far out it was! We are walking the Camino de Santiago

Staff at the reception and at the restaurant were amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. We were doing the Camino and this was the only hotel which still had availability. Although the kitchen at the restaurant was already closed, they made an exception and served us lunch. That was so kind of them! And despite having a room facing the petrol station, it was quiet during the night. They have a bus which picks up and drops pilgrims from and for the Camino.

United StatesWe are walking the Camino and I did not realize you need a shuttle from town since the hotel is over 2km from the city center. Once there you can’t explore the town. Restaurant on site was ok.

The room was OK. We liked that the property offered a shuttle service from the bus station in Los Argos. However, it's important to call the hotel to pick you up. The Shuttle helped a lot as we were tired from the Camino and the hotel was about 2.5km from the city center. We waited for about 20 minutes until we got picked up as the driver also serves at the reception.

The hotel w!as away from the camino but the very helpful staff offered a lift to the start. Hotel had restaurant which was conveniennt. The staff at the desk were so helpful and friendly and so your customer service is excellent!

United StatesThis hotel is 2-3 km off the Camino. However, the hotel provides a transfer shuttle to and from the center of town. We walked to the hotel which I would not recommend due to traffic.
The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Because it is part of a gas station, it had a restaurant and convenience store attached to it.

FranceIt’s outside of town (2km/1 mile/ 20 mins walk) and I didn’t know they offered a free shuttle bus to and from the town until I walked there! Booking.com should mention the shuttle and they should message guests - it would increase the number of pilgrims who stay. I used it to go to/from Town for dinner and in the morning to restart the Camino.

The manager was very helpful and collected us from the placa in Los Arcos. Next morning we were dropped off at the Camino start. No issues and we had a great nights sleep. Luggage transfer also works at this hotel.
