Great location, easy access to the whole city, down on the river-front. Clean, modern and well maintained amenities in the building. Host provided a new clean cot for our infant also. Comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, very keenly priced.

Just fit our needs! The apartment was nice and cozy, we add everything we need there.The location was perfect, residencial and calm neighborhood, close to supermarked and a local bar, where we had the breakfast everyday. We enjoyed the city and visit main atractions walking from the apartment. Thank you for the umbrellas!

The location was unbeatable; close to all of Bilbao's famous bridges and the Guggenheim, but not too busy or crowded. A 15-20 minute walk from Casco Viejo and easily accessible to the best places in the city. There is no reception but they were easy to contact for any concerns. The place was clean, smelled great, and extremely comfortable. Everything looked as it did in the photos. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment is great, quiet near to the old town. Despite its cosy size, the space was comfortable for two friends traveling together. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful and prompt answering our queries. Thank you!

Everything was in clean and perfect condition. My partner thought the bed was really comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Location was my favourite thing about this accommodation. I will definitely reserve it next time in Bilbao and I recommend it.

As described, perfectly met our needs, light bright and very clean, perfect location for our primary reason for visiting Bilbao ie visiting the Guggenheim. Safe, clean area close to local cafes, supermarket and funicular stop. Just across the river with easy walking and bridge crossings to the Guggenheim. Appreciated attention to detail, with excellent communication from the moment of booking, giving us full guidance; stepping us through the process of arrival and check in including booking of taxi on departure.

All the appliances are new and high quality. The dishes and cookware are also high quality. The bathroom was super clean and felt upscale with modern lighting. The overall layout of the room made it feel very spacious.

Whe I boooked I noticed the entrance had what looked like a "look through" to a backyard garden – realized upon arrival, that it was an artificial "look alike" plastered to the wall besides the main entrance – was I disappointed...? Do't expect lots of sunshine pouring through the windows. Very noisy roadworks during my stay – still that's staying in large cities, I guess – had my earplugs, worked out :-)

Everything, apart from comment below, was very good – communication with host was +100%, perfect. Very clean, comfortable 1-room condo with all you need, everything shows this is a new venture, maybe leaning on a bit sterile..... Very nice bed and bathroom. Nice Café across the street, supermarket 5 min away, 5 min to the River, Guggenheim 10 min away......Ideal for visiting Bilbao City that is.... :-)

It was quite warm at night - fan helped a bit but didn’t like to leave on all night. Blinds / windows kept out light and noise which was great but then needed to open window for air. Not a great drawback though as bed comfy!

Excellent location close to river front and walkable to all the sights. Lovely walks in both directions- 10 mins to Guggenheim, 20 mins to old town. Great bridges - pretty by day and night. Easy and quick to get to from the airport with clear instructions. All by mobile but I’m a technophobe and could access all the information, entry codes easily. Value for money and all you needed for 2 people for a few days. Facilities to eat in if wanted or just have a cup of tea and rest after day walking before goi g out. Nice local bars and cafes nearby and super markets ( near funicular which was a 5 minute walk) . Bilbao great city for a weekend away and this property made it easy and comfortable.

The frying pan is only the diameter of a breakfast plate. That's tight for cooking two burgers

it is within walking distance of the Guggenheim. Also a few minutes walk to the Funicular de Artxanda, The cable car takes you to a park with some of the trenches from the Spanish Civil War. You find supermarkets and cafes in the adjacent streets. The TV is large - 55" - with HDMI connection for your own Chromecast to receive Netflix and TV channels from home. Practically, a double plug in T-shape is needed for the power supply. The WiFi is sufficient for streaming

The inflexibilty of check in and having no 'actual' reception staff on site, therefore the only contact was by text messaging. It made leaving bags very difficult before check in and also after check out as there were only 4 lockers available which were too small for our cases.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a great cafe opposite on the corner for breakfast.
