Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was great, good selection. Room comfortable, although the two bed pushed together kept coming apart. Room on floor three was nice, but there was no view. Just the wall of the train station next door. For the cost of the room, a high floor or a view of some kind would’ve been nice.

SwitzerlandAt the time of our visit, both the hotel's swimming pool and garage were closed for renovation, so we had to park at the Le Meridien hotel parking, which wasn't very convenient
This is a wonderful grand hotel just 2 steps from Hauptbahnhof München. Our room was stylish, quite large and well-appointed. Dyptique toiletries are a nice touch too. Public areas are spacious and airy. The breakfast choice is broad, catering to all possible dietary needs.

United StatesWorst View from a hotel ever; the top of the rail platform is not one thinks of when one books a suite for a vacation. Breakfast quality / offering and the staff at the dining hall was very good. location was convenient to take trains but with a big down side. The pool and spa was under renovation which was notified in an email after the booking was done. This should be a No No!
The breakfast offering and the quality of produce was great. The staff at the dining hall was very good and hospitable. The room was clean and the products in the bath were good quality. Complimentary fruit plate and chocolates were appreciated by the kids / family.

NetherlandsI asked for my luggage to be picked up ag 7.30 am as I was leaving early and it took two times of me asking and the luggage came just before 8. I used the time to get my car from the garage so it wasn’t a big deal but that was the only thing that could’ve gone better
I loved the photo gallery and was pleasantly surprised when I heard that this was the way to cover up the renovation! So cleverly done! I loved the bar, the mozaic, and the cozy feel although the hotel is so big with such high beautiful ceilings. The staff were very helpful and I had a really lovely chat with Umut. I’m definitely coming back!

Germanythe place looks more four than five star,especially the rooms have a four star apearance due to their weird interior design the neighbourhoud of the hotel is not one of the best of Munich tough the city is generally safe, curtains do not keep the morning light out,so the slleep is disturbed
