Check was dry asked for payment and thats all. No question how was our stay or farewall. The sauna opening times should open earlier last day on check out you cannot use the spa since opens from 13:00

Once, we went for dinner. We ordered from a la carte menu. My order was very good. The vegetable salad was very fresh. My partner ordered pulled pork in a bun Instead, he got very oily pulled pork and potatoes. It tasted nice but we could get the same food from a cheap local pub. Also, the hotel parking was paid.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful, however they don't speak much English. They speak Russian and German very well or of course Czech. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety from vegetables to meat selection and full English breakfast.

On the first night the kitchen closed a little earlier than publicised so I missed out on hot raspberries and cream. Had them on the second night. Absolutely delicious 😋

A grand and spacious building in a peaceful setting a short walk from the train station. Comfortable, great staff, good food and excellent value for money.

Balcony is really small, heating is working sporadically and cannot be controlled by the guest. Parking price is steep (extra 400kc per day)

Breakfast was good but staff was coughing and sneezing all about, putting their hands in front of their mouth, and not washing their hands after that, while managing the food. I made a remark about that, but they just looked at me laughing, maybe they did not understand, but it really bother me, especially as I came down with Covid 2 days later. At the reception, there was staff with babies waiting, seemingly for a long time, as the reception did not go very quick, but the hotel was full. Its a nice hotel, but I find it too expensive for what it is, as well as facilities in the Spa, especially in CZ, where prices are usually a bit lower. I had to leave a day earlier, which I asked at arrival and I had to call Booking .com in the UK, which took 20 minutes, as in CZ they only spoke local langiages, no english, but was OK in the end, but a bit ridiculous that the Hotel was the 20 minutes with the agent on the line, while, I was with the same person on the phone line, in waiting at the same time too. That is quite bad service from Booking.com,I found. The rooms had Bathrobes and slippers, but I only had 1 slipper, after asking, I did finally get a second slipper, later, it seems the rooms are not welk checked. The parking that is outside around the hotel, there is a barrier, but that one was never closed. The parking is quite expensive but not mentioned in the info on Booking,com.

No problem for us, but if you travel with heavy luggage then be aware that there is a short flight of stairs - five to six steps - between the street level and the elevator.

A very nice place for staying in Franzensbad - very friendly staff, clean, spacious, quiet at night. And a good location to explore the town by foot.

Breakfast was just supermarket products, so it could be better. We didn't use the minibar at all but for some reason the checking showed we had a coke. On a positive note, this was all cleared quickly in our favour.

An excellent spacious room, soft towels, cleanliness. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with every small detail. We were super tired and felt that we reached a place of refuge where we could get all the rest we needed. The staff were even comfortable with checkout hours. I'm not sure what to focus on. The big big bath? The comfy robes? The beautiful view? This hotel just checked all the blocks. It's an ultimate hotel experience straight from Hollywood movies

Staff. Check in is from 3pm. Being told by reception at 16:30 to go for a walk for an hour because rooms are not ready is not acceptable. Total lack of vegetarian meal options in the restaurant. The dinner buffet offered bread and cheese, a la carte offered a salad. The nice helpful lady at breakfast saved the hotel from a far worse review.
