We ran in some trouble, since outside there was a big sign "Penzion Union" and just when you came close, you could see a small sign "Penzion Homér". When we tried to call for help to direct us, the receptionist couldn't speak English. She told us to send an email, which is not really helpful, while driving a car. Finally a local friend helped us, to find the facility.

Our expectations for this price category where met. It was close to the center, some restaurants in walking distance.

Since the walls were very sound, even the voices of the guests could be heard. We could even hear the phone conversations of the people in the next room. We couldn't sleep much at night and early in the morning because of the noises.

It was pretty clean. Bed linen and towels were clean. Room and bathroom were clean. The personel of hotel was very friendly and helpful.

It was hard to find parking space, soumd travels well in the house and I fell between the beds during the night, would be smart to have one big overmattress or big sheat for the double beds so they dont move apart.

This is a fake location. We had a reservation confirmed but when we came in the night NOBODY was able to give us keys.. In the results, we had to find another location... The money were NOT RETURNED until today.... Keep away of this host! Not recommended

Excellent apartment, fully corresponding to the description on the website. We were settled immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. Excellent service, always ready to help and respond to any request of the staff. Cleaning is done efficiently, by the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this! Excellent location, there are markets, cafes and restaurants nearby, I am glad that there is a metro near the house. We recommend it

Long time ago other people complained about visible dirt on the carpet, tiny worn out towels, trashed facilities in the toilet and the hotel did nothing about them. Before booking, I trusted they did something about it but soon regretted putting my trust in people running this place. When we arrived it was exactly the same. Hotel didn't improve anything, they just don't care. We stayed there for 6 nights and had to beg for clean towels and bedding, got them the day before departure. Our room wasn't hoovered once. Rooms stunk of cigarette smoke and beds are really uncomfortable. The room door doesn't feel safe and would open if someone was to force themselves in. The main door to the building were propped with a brick, allowing anybody from the street to just walk in. The corridor stunk of rotten trash and cigarettes. Our friends staying I the room next door had similar experiences. The hotel had no hot water for full two days and we weren't even warned about it, later on they put a not on the door informing about problems with the boiler. So make sure you like ice cold showers with little pressure. The whole stay I felt like a nuisance, not a guest, even though the only contact we had with a hotel was through messages. NOTE TO HOTEL: don't apologise, you suck

160€ for two nights... that's a lot... It should be around 70€ for this quality. This pension is rather hostel and a bad one. There was 15°C in the room. The cold water wasn't working correctly (1L would take about 2 minutes), so we couldn't even take a shower (the hot water was extremely hot and with high flow but splattering from such high temperature). There was mold on the fan in the bathroom. The towels smelled funny (old, musty, really smelly). There was dust, hair, dead insects in the bathroom, on the window ledge inside the room. One side of the room (lights and sockets) was not working. The room smelled of cigarettes. That was really... Really... Bad experience. I have to try to get some refund.

Most hotels upgrade the room if the booked room is not available for some reason. Here it was the opposite, we were downgraded without any compensation. I booked a big room (24sq.m.) with a big balcony. We got a small room around 16sq.m. and we were told that everything else was booked. I haven't heard or seen anyone else at all. I am pretty sure that the hotel wasn't fully booked. There was no elevator, the battery in the bathroom didn't work well. The place is old, smelly, outdated and I would not recommend it.

Not a good place to stay but passable for one night. There was a refrigerator which was the only convenient thing in the room.

there was a balcony, but no entrance to it, the next room had a exit to it and they easily can look in the room through the window. shower were ok, but water pressure was poor and the regulation on hot or cold water was a bit tricky, some times there was not cold water pressure.
