Room is nice but quite too small. Location is very good. I wanted to extend my stay for a few night but they wanted me to pay almost double on the weekend and 30% more and week days. I definitely didn’t like that, I can understand higher prices on weekends but on weekends days it never happened to me before. Actually usually if I stay several nights, other hotels give me a better price. Anyway, for 25$ (this is what the asked me to pay) for me it’s not worth it. Even the staff wasn’t very helpful, I asked to change pillow, but they sad they didn’t have any spare.

I have given this property a 10 as I agreed with one of the staff that I would do so in exchange for a room upgrade from deluxe to suite. That said, I would have still given it a 9 as our room was clean & comfy with a city view, a rarity in old quarters. The bathroom was equally clean. The property is perfect for a walk to the Hanoi night market & Hoan Kiem lake. The staff were courteous, helpful & spoke English. There are some good Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

Good location. Close to local bars and restaurants. Also close to the ferry services along the Saigon River. Great views from the balcony of the river. Two rooftop bars. The M Bar is the better one. Perfect spot to watch the fireworks for the start of the river festival.

It was quite expensive - room, drinks and food. But the rooftop locations did make up for this.

Everything was great! The breakfast is offered, and the staff is exceptionally warm and friendly. In addition, I am quite impressed with the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off service. If you need it, you can contact the reception staff for dedicated support.

Very comfortable and clean. Great and varied breakfast. Very helpful staff. Reception staff spoke great English. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Free bicycles are a bonus. Short walk to town.

Property was beautiful , staff especially Linda was so accommodating and friendly , helped us book all our transfers & they had a beautiful puppy Lu Lu which made the trip even better !
