Breakfast is good, but the room is small for 3 people & small bathroom also. The room has no good air conditioner, maybe it’s time to upgrade to inverter type air conditioner. The waiting area so called “lobby” is open and no air breeze can come in, so hot extremely uncomfortable. No toiletries. For the price I paid, not worth it.

Nice and simple place! The Studio apartment with small kitchen was perfect for us with two small kids. Location very close to SM Lanang. We had a great stay!

Liked how cost-efficient the room was and how close it is to the concert location.

Parking was very poor. The website/booking shows 280/day yet there's none onsite or it's something very costly. Had to park at MOA and walk daily to get the parking sorted out.

The reception was rarely staffed when we went in. Bathroom is basic. We experienced quite a lot of ants in the room.
