The room is excellent! The bed is so comfy, the seaview is stunning, I even love the lighting of the room. Everything is perfect! Many choice of breakfast and everything is delicious. The beach is walking distance from the breakfast area, I love the swing and the table with lights. It is so romantic.

Beautiful grounds and clean facilities. The staff were awesome. We had great service at every aspect. Special shout out to front gate security, they helped me change a flat tire on my rental car. Entertainment was also good

We tried and tried to make dinner reservations to no avail, all 5 days we were there no available reservations. The only way was to sit through a sale a pitch for club Solaris. We were not interested so we didn’t get the special treatment. The food in buffet was all that was available and it wasn’t great.

The parking lot was quite steep, falling super sharply If I knew I would take a truck instead of a car, but most of the city streets are the same with huge stop bumps and super narrow.The a/c was not that cold and the ceiling fan wasn't working, the courtesy bread in the morning was a rock

When booking, exercise caution. They advertise their best apartment, but a few days before your arrival, they confirm what they actually reserved for you. I had booked a top-floor apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the street, but we ended up on the first floor. The apartment was acceptable, but not as nice as the one I thought I had booked. Their approach was very misleading. I booked through booking.com, but they sent me photos of the actual apartment on airbnb.com. The entire exchange was bizarre and unprofessional. The bathrooms are very small and have the closets inside them, which is a terrible design choice. The humidity has caused the MDF wood of the closets to expand and deteriorate. There was also no pressure in the shower, and it took over 15 minutes for the hot water to arrive. When I mentioned the issue to them, they claimed it had never happened before. They came in and said they fixed it, but we continued to experience the same problem throughout our entire stay. The water just dripped with no pressure at all.The rooms are smaller than they appear, and in the two-bedroom apartments, there’s only one plug next to one of the beds for charging your phone. We had to charge one phone in the living room and another in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no cleaning service, which is unusual at this price point. All of this might have been somewhat acceptable if they hadn't been so misleading from the start.
