The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location from the airport which meant I did not have to travel far when I had my flight and the gentleman who was on the executive floor lounge in the evening was a very nice guy. He remembered me from previous visits which was very nice of him to recognise me.

Well, where do I begin? When I booked my room? I booked it with a city view which was good because it looked at over the airport so I could see planes taking off and landing which was nice but we did ask for a larger room and we were only given a really small room. The room number was 8140 but I must admit the bed was very comfortable and I did sleep very well, but we were there for two nights and on both occasions we had breakfast in the morning in the executive lounge and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The food that was meant to be hot was really cold and all you had for options for hot food in executive lounge was omelette that was overcooked and cold refried beans and pancakes and all the rest was cold stuff like ham, cheese, fruit and pastries so for the money I paid for this hotel was absolutely disgusting but we do love the hotel for its location and everything else but it needs to be upgraded in the executive lounge

Amazing, thanks again to all team (especially to Leo, muchas gracias), we had great time there for 6 days, sunset with mezcalitas every day 😍 perfect spot, super quiet and friendly, staff just super nice and helpful. Highlty recommended. We will be back for sure ! Take care ! Didi and Elsa

The infinity pool was incredible. Particularly as you can't stay in the sea for too long in Salyulita. It was clean, cool and had an incredible view on to the ocean with birds frequently landing for a drink

There was construction outside but the hotel can't control that and I think we were just unlucky with the timing, but it was only for an hour or two during the day.

On arrival there was no offered shuttle bus. No information where it will be and when. We messaged 2 emails to the hotel and no contact from them. We were not able to call the hotel so in the end we had to take expensive taxi! After check-in we got information that there is no WIFI for another 2 hours. It turned out that there was no WIFI until our check-out. And also no TV at all! Staff was very rude. When I mentioned that they do not provide offered service they got very offended. Hotel offered shuttle bus and WIFI and that was main reason we choose it, didn’t get anything and paid full price. Avoid this place.
