-Very good quality, great customer service. -Willing to help and extra wherever they can - clean and spacious room - Exceptional views - good location to masjid Al Aqsa and surrounding areas (around 15mins to lions gate) For sure recommend to others

A point to be aware of, Yes this hotel is on top of mount of olives so getting down is okay but getting up is quite an uphill climb. A solution to this if you feel you are not physically fit, bus stop right opposite hotel or taxi. It worked fine for us!

Breakfast is great, not lacking anything I need! Irit Ben Hirt is a great addition to your staff. I’d give you a 100 on all levels not a 10! All my requests were responded to immediately with a smile. I’ll be back soon!

Staff were ok. Reception polite. Could have been more helpful. Swimming pool was ok.

The room smelt a bit. Perhaps damp. The bed linen as well or perhaps the pillows themselves. Hotel looked a little old. The spa looked a little worn. Asked for bed linen change on 2nd day but they didn’t do it. Had to ask again and they wanted just to change the bottom sheet, not the duvet cover or pillow cases.
